Im not understanding why this fourm has a negitive outlook on the Jackson Family

Im not understanding why this fourm has a negitive outlook on the Jackson Family, i know that they havent always been there for michael, and there was some scandels...but what is there not to like about the Jackson's and their spouses and children?
 
Actions since june 09 by many members and actions of others over the last 10 plus years.theres alot of research to be done if u arent aware
 
gurl..I dont have enough time left in my lifetime to sit here and try and explain alot of what it is they have done..please feel free to put the Jacksons into google and that will take you where you need to begin.
 
first of all not all fans are going to agree with everything the Jackson says about MJ the fans are for MJ many are here for the family and MJ we don;t need another thread about this please if you can handle it just leave buttomline i am not coming off harsh but its to much
 
I understand why a lot of fans can be bitter to the Jackson family, but not the extent. Even if MJ was here and knew all of this, yes maybe he would be mad at them, but I know full heartedly that MJ would not approve of all the hate they receive. Plus some of it is just down right pathetic.

Take a free day and spend about 7 hours on this website reading through threads. Then you will know why many of us don't like the Jackson's very much.

I think the hate is unneccessary. At the end of the day, we aren't the ones who grew up with Michael or knew him on the level his family did. We have no place to judge or to exude hate in their direction. I'm sure Michael wasn't happy with some of the things they did, but he would never hate his own family. I think we should take a page from his book and do the same.

This. I read this form but rarely post. One thing is to respectfully criticize questionable actions that are many. Another thing is to bash anything and everything that any members of the family does, including smiling, not smiling, answering to a paparazzi, ignoring a paparazzi, doing a tribute, not doing a tribute and so on and so for. It is getting tiresome.

I agree. Every thread in this section is filled with the same old shit and criticism.

I agree. But I also think threads like these encourage this type of negative discussion. Asking why people hate on the JFam will inevitably lead to a rehash of past events that have been discussed a million times already. It's not like you have to look far to find people's motives for bashing the family.

^ Its stuff like that, that makes me sad. We don't know truly what happened, and we don't know every single detail of things that have been released since then. We are NOT in a place to judge this family. They've had to go through some pretty tough times since 2009, and I think its best if we stay neutral on what's happened.
 
The only member of Michael's family I really don't like is Joe. Then again, I don't pay much attention to his family. Joe can be hard to ignore sometimes.

I can't help how I feel. When it comes to Michael Jackson I am not neutral. And I don't hate the Jackson's but so many of their actions that I have seen over the last 25 years has made it difficult for me to always like them. Some of the hurt he endured at the hands of his own family...:no:

I am sorry but I can't help how I feel. I know I am probably overly sensative when it comes to Michael but I can't help that either.

When he was in agony so was I and maybe our DNA doesn't match but he is a member of my family too and our grief over losing him is very real.

You ask me to not judge the family but I feel like I am being judged because I don't think they're great.

^ Then you need to learn to separate yourself from Michael, as harsh as that sounds. Because none of us here were a part/are a part of his family, we weren't there to know what happened. We don't know the level of "agony" or sadness or whatever he truly experienced. All we know is what they show to the public, or what Michael has chosen to say in interviews.
 
the jacksons are a sad pathetic & greedy bunch. I've been a fan since I was very young because of my parents & siblings.

What I've read and seen from them is just pure greed & craziness. You need a lot of time to grasp the foolishness they have put MJ through.

Raz2911... the Jacksons were hated before MJ died. Last I remember, he never cared nor did he bother defending their behaviour.

The only person that was untouchable was Katherine Jackson...but that all changed for obvious reasons.

She has gone through 40+ years of goodwill...in an instant after June 25th.

^ I'm sorry that you're lead to believe that, but they're still Michael's family and I personally do not think Michael would want us to hate them. Hate is a very strong emotion. You say Katherine is the only one "untouched"; I would put Janet in that same realm, if need be.
 
Has anyone here said that they "hate" them? Hate is a strong word. I think many fans dislike (not hate) their behaivor, before and after Michael passed.

You know what, we should all just agree to disagree and move one, no one here is gonna be able to convince the other side of his or her views so lets just drop it.

BTW.....I sincerely wish people would stop with using the word hate, 'disliking' someones actions does not equate to 'hate'

I think people need to agree to disagree here. We all have our own opinions about the Jackson family and thank you all for not allowing this thread to turn nasty, so thanks a lot guys.
 
I don't hate the Jacksons. I just had questions to some Jackson members' actions. Jermaine and Joe in particular.
Yes, they are all MJ's family but that doesn't mean what they did can be immuned of all the questions.
It's obvious that some of Jackson family members did lots of things to hurt MJ.
I am pretty sure the injury from the closest loved ones can hurt people most.

Is that aimed at me? I hope not. I edited it with a (not hate) after dislike. Because that´s what I meant, that fans dislike what the family have done before and after Michael passed.
 
I fully see the need for disdain towards the family and I feel completely the same. However the level of hate and obsession that is shown towards them on this site is disturbing. Hate breeds hate and I really don't believe that we should be showing that level of cruelty and hate towards anybody. That falls on deaf ears round here though, believe me the staff have tried to no avail to curb things to a somewhat respectable state of affairs and I still hope that someday we do achieve that. All we get is accusations of being up their arses and not here for Michael, which is complete BS. Nobody is asking anybody to love the Jacksons - I would not ask anybody to do what I wouldn't do myself - just to not be so ugly with the words we choose to express that.

Once again, I will use this thread to appeal to those who I'm talking about here, to just think about the tone of this forum. It is ugly, disturbing and at times difficult to read. Please think about that and what we as a community want to represent.

StacyMJ, Perfectly said. And the sophomoric name calling is beyond tiresome. Some one should tell them their missiles misfires coming right back at them.
