I got my souvenir tickets today.

4. sign in using your info you used when you bought the tickets.

5. then you'll get this page: https://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/member

6. go over to the far right hand side. you'll "my account"

7. go down to "account activities"

8. click on "order history"

9. you will then get a page with all your orders. click on the one for mj's show its the order # you click on

10. all the info is right there

Seeing all thoses informations about the tickets, the concert, the section, the row etc. hurts so bad...
 
I have a feeling Ticketmaster have probably sent these e-mails to try & stop people from complaining & think they are actually doing something... While actually sending out tickets when they feel like doing it.
 
For those who can't click on the event detail link. I found this on ticketmaster website, above order history.

After 15 days from the event date, order details for your transaction are no longer available online. Please contact Customer Service for more information. Orders are displayed up to 90 days from the event date.
 
Watch BBC 1 and 8:00pm (and BBC iPlayer) to see Watchdog, which should give us some answers on the delays of our Michael Jackson tickets.

they are doing a feature on it tonight, thats my understanding by the way has anyone had a different design yet?
 
Hmmm, well I'll watch Watchdog. On the schedule/EPG it lists other topics, but hopefully they'll talk about tickets anyway.

Yeah, Watchdog mentioned the tickets issue at the beginning of the show and that it's coming up, so anytime now it should be on... (half hour left as I write this...)
 
I'm watching watchdog now - will keep an eye out for it

It appears people are starting to receive tickets for the first date but it seems its a slow process

I have to say I'll be getting the same design as everyone else then, I'm a little disapointed as I wanted one with a nice pic of him to frame to put on the bedside table.
Those who received tix for the 18th July, what blocks were you in? I am wondering if there will be an order in which tix for a particular are being sent? Floor first, around the sides starting with top tier?
 
My ticket which arrived today was for block 102, row A, seat 84. Do you think it's a diff. design for each month? I also have one ticket ordered for Sept. 10th
