I was hoping for a nice piccy ticket to frame, i don't see why they couldn't mix up the tickets for every show. I have the feeling they are going to be lazy buggers..

We should do a place where we could swap tickets if someone gets the same ticket design more than once!

I always thought it would a good idea if we could actally choose which design we want, especially for the price we are paying for them!!!!!

I got an email the other day saying mine had been dispatched - hmmm via the moon, it hasn't turned up yet....
 
my ticketmaster still says that my tickets wont be shipped till next year -_-

Are you sure it was an e-mail saying they had been sent or you have misread the e-mail saying they were preparing to dispatch the tickets.

Like i have said before too, when ticketmaster say they have dispatched your tickets, all it means is that they are printed & in an envelope ready to go soon. This i got from someone who used to work for them.
 
I'm curious in knowing if anyone who has got their tix get an email with the tracking number in it? Or just the bog standard we will be sending your tickets soon email.
 
i got an email 4days ago basically saying we are in the process of dispatching your tickets,.so far though i havn,t recieved them,

wait.....you guys paid 85 pounds for you tickets?!?!? i paid 75 for mine -_- still its alot of money to dump on fancy paper -_-

Yeah same I received the "your tickets are in the process of being despatched" email 4 days ago, havnt received them yet.
Hoping to get them by the end of the week (fingers crossed)

1. log in to www.ticketmaster.co.uk

2. click on "sign in" on the upper right hand side of the page

3. you'll get this page: https://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/member?tm_link=tm_homeA_header_signin

4. sign in using your info you used when you bought the tickets.

5. then you'll get this page: https://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/member

6. go over to the far right hand side. you'll "my account"

7. go down to "account activities"

8. click on "order history"

9. you will then get a page with all your orders. click on the one for mj's show its the order # you click on

10. all the info is right there

I haven't been able to do that for weeks, there is the order number, but it doesn't highlight to be able to click on it for some reason.

No tracking email have been sent! Tickets just arrived by Fed ex here in Italy!

My ticketmaster order was for the August 1st show and its been like that since July sometime so I don't think it's because of that.
