Michael sold at least 100 million records in the 1990s dont forget that Dangerous that album alone sold more than 30mil worldwide was a 90s record with hits like Black or White, HIStory too sold extremely well overseas around 18/20 mill with big songs like Earth Song/YANA and the remix album Blood on the Dancefloor was at some point the biggest selling remix album. Michael also had the 2 top grossing worldtours of the 90s and had to battle unless Janet achieved the same (which she did not) nor did she have to face what he did the comparison is beyond ludicrous Oh and by the way Michael only had 2 album releases thruout the 90s. Given the impact 1993 had on Michael and his reputation it's a miracle and a prove that he was still able to do all that and achieve this much. Janet has pretty much been a single country star from the beginning with occasional hits in other countries in the 90s and I guess u can even say early 2001 (all 4 u), the only thing that made her standout from other one country stars was the fact that she was in some way associated to Michael. Don't all of JAnet's sale 1982 onwards equal 100 million? lol face it even Britney Spears sold more than she did, in merely 10 years, she will leave a bigger legacy
and she is not only big in the US she isn't big in the UK any more but in places in Europe and Japan she is quiet big still
