my problem is this... there is so much rumor's, insinuations, innuendo's.... the media is one sided....

i don't know what is true or false.... i do know this.... WHO WOULD I TRUST???
fans or anyone of those idiots???? FANS. We have no agenda except MJ's best interest.

Unless Lou Ferringo was being paid by AEG, I dont think he had an agenda against MJ.

TMZ Gets Punk’D With Fake Jackson Document

By: Roger Friedman // Saturday August 29, 2009
Website TMZ got punk’d today by a concert promoter who wants a chunk of Michael Jackson’s money.
The site has published a letter purportedly from Frank DiLeo, Michael’s manager, instructing anyone who wants to produce a Jackson tribute concert to come through him. The letter bears a scrawled, indeciperable signature and the very funny sentence “Frank Dileo is the manager of Michael Jackson (deceased) in life and in death.”
The problem is, DiLeo tells me it’s not his letter, nor is it his signature. He didn’t write it, and has no idea who some of the people are who are named in the letter including a Fadi Rashed. “I’ve never heard of Fadi Rashed,” says DiLeo, and a Google search doesn’t help either.
DiLeo immediately called TMZ’s Harvey Levin, but Levin has yet to remove the fake correspondence.

Who wrote this piece of fiction? Well, yours truly received an email post-haste from publicist Ren Gravatt, who represents Patrick Alloco, of AllGood Entertainment in New Jersey. Alloco, in business officially and unofficially with a group that wants a piece of Jackson’s estate, claims to be suing DiLeo over Jackson family concerts that were supposedly to take place in Texas.
Gravatt was all too quick to send me the TMZ posting with this added information: “This latest expose piece on Frank DiLeo and his partner, Mark Lamicka, spells out the same sort of dubious behavior that has landed Mr. DiLeo and his company in Federal Court with AllGood Entertainment.”
The only problem with that last assertion, of course, is that DiLeo has never been served, and is not in federal court with AllGood Entertainment.
Strangely enough, Alloco is still trying to sue everyone connected with Michael Jackson over his alleged concert scheme, even through the singer is dead. The theory behind this latest move —especially after Gravatt’s email—is that Alloco and his group—including Joseph Jackson, Leonard Rowe, and Tohme Tohme—may have fabricated the letter to make DiLeo look bad.
TMZ, like a lot of blogs, would do well to check each piece of paper that comes in rather than wind up in situation like Dan Rather—and have to deal with fiction.

His very livelihood depended on AEG.
Vic
Thats right with Michael alive not dead. He said MJ looked healthy and I believe him.

Could MJ have deteriorated that much in one month though?

i guess in my mind, for the sake of argument say six weeks of not sleeping, eating, being exhausted from rehearsals, stress?
i was stressed out for a week and lost 10 pounds. sorry.... i can see it.
don't take my word for it... its my my opinion. asks the fans that saw MJ.... obviously they saw the deterioration right.

So RF is saying that Joe is in on it with Tohme? Hmmmm Remember this is RF's theory ;)

AGE and AEG....weird!

I dont know what to make of anything. My head hurts.

Yeah I know this is all that I thought and I believe the fans and I believe Lou too atm cuz I dont have any reason not too.

How is it that fans say they saw MJ looking skinny though? They didnt see his body did they? The last pic of MJ with a fan (which is here somewhere) shows MJ looking as thin as he did a months prior when he was always going out.

You cant silence that many people though. Someone is bound to slip up.

Re: Frank Dileo Pushing For MJ Tribute Without Jackson Family Knowledge

to manage, doesn't one need to be retained ?? how does one get retained by a dead person ?? You don't simply continue doing a job for someone after they die. Who is paying you Frank??

Lie for it... yall know the song
Apparently, everything's possible when it comes to Michael Jackson. Debbie Rowe's getting spousal support from a dead person comes to mind.

I can actually believe that RF is right about this. And I think we should remember that this is now a fight for money, and its not going to be pleasant. The letter that TMZ claims to be from Frank seems strange, because if he did write it, he would come off as pretty crazy, claiming to be Michaels manager in death. So who would benefit from putting him in a bad light?

I wouldnt be suprised if RF were right this time around...that Rowe guy could do anything...
Frank should go to the police with this...

Re: Frank Dileo Pushing For MJ Tribute Without Jackson Family Knowledge

Whatever feelings you have for Debbie; I do not know what the system is in your country, but here I know that you can have a right to a amount of money if your husband dies- even if you have been divorced for quite some time. Its like a widowers pension. It depends on how many years you have been married, and children born in the marriage. And there also is possible to make private agreements on this. We do not know everything aboutthe relationship between Debbie and Michael, and I do not think its our place to judge her.

I also think that this is a bun-fight to get as much money from the Michael Jackson brand as possible. I don't think Frank was behind it, but I think it was started to blind, smear and throw the spotlight elsewhere.

This is what Michael had to put up with all the time. Makes me sick.

Frank was on E! news and this is what he said:

He said, make sure you tell AEG, Ive bought my own doctor. I said, "Who's your Dr." and he said, "Dr. Murray."

Dr Murray wanted $5m for the 8 months that we were gone and I said "Thats too much money." I said, "Offer him $150(k) and tell him Michael said that's the number," and he accepted it.

Really, all I can say at this point is what a terrible mess this is! I don't know what to think about the "letter" from Frank now. He also denied his involvement with AGE, which was similar. There is every indication that he WAS involved in that! Soooo. . . .

One cannot "manage" a dead person. One can only profit from the person's production, and that is what the executors of the estate are for. Their responsibility is to do the best they can financially with the estate, and to listen to Katherine's wishes, as well. I can't imagine how Frank would have the right to have anything to do with this. He is not an "executor." He is the former manager of someone who died!

If Frank truly wants to "clear things up," then answering our questions is a great opporunity. He has the chance to go on record as saying that he was NOT employed by AEG, and is not now employed by AEG. Unless, of course, he IS. If he is, that seems entirely sketchy.

The thing is, even if he does answer the questions, he might not tell the total truth? Don't know. I really want to KNOW if someone called him in the MORNING to tell him Michael had died. If true, phone records would show that, and I hope the LAPD do their JOBS and search in every dark corner. Frank has said he heard about it around lunch-time, when the ambulance left Michael's house. If, in fact, he heard about it much earlier, then that is extremely serious!

Frank has the questions now. The ball is in his court.

We don't KNOW if Michael asked for Frank to come back. (Maybe not?) We don't KNOW, for sure, if Frank was also employed by AEG. What we hope for, is for Frank to answer the questions. YOUR questions. honestly.

Everyone who said Michael was fine, was connected to AEG. Dileo. Ferrigno. Others. The ones saying he was NOT fine, are those I trust the most. Fans. Paisely. Others. Those with no agenda except for love for Michael. This is not rocket-science. Look at the evidence! Our allegiance it not to those who stand to profit from Michael, nor from the cling-ons, and so-called inner-circle. What the HELL happened?

Exactly, the only allegiance I have is with Michael, his family and his true fans.

I give a rats A$$ about the rest them.

You cant silence that many people though. Someone is bound to slip up.
and it has. nothing makes sense. u have his three trusted friends saying mj was great....and the fans saying hell naw...

NOW karen faye is saying he wasn't doing well but kenny and frank are standing by the whole 'mj was 100% healthy' bit.

their initial agreement was a set sum of money and that was made in 1999. he hadn't yet paid it off so she was still owed the money. what's worse, the payments to continue w/ no harm no foul or her going to court like a creditor adn trying to get it all in one lump sum? cuz his estate gets a credit for that...it's spousal support. so it's a tax break

i crack up. now i've always said roger is as good as his sources BUT a lot of y'all...can't stand him or anything.

so when do we acknowledge that we pick and choose when we want to believe someone? when they say something we like? and when they don't, it's a lie?

like vic said, fd said the same thing about the aeg mess but he's still involved w/ them. he's lying

Roger Friedman has had some accurate stories lately. But he also has dubious sourced. I wouldn't be surprised if Frank has been one of his sources in the last 6 months or so. So is Friedman repaying him by having his back in this one?

No matter what is the truth... it's a mess. It's many players doing their thing over Michaels dead body. They had no respect for him in life, and even less in death.

Very well said, sadly the ONLY people who seemingly cared about and loved Michael in the end were his 3 precious children and that is sadder than sad

Wow it's a hot mess .. I don't really trust anyone at this point. We need to find out who were on AEG payroll and who weren't. So many contradicting stories.. it makes my head spin. We need to find out the truth, Michael deserves the truth. I hurts so much to think that he was surrounded by people who only cared about making money off of him.

Exactly, the only allegiance I have is with Michael, his family and his true fans.

I second that. I don't truly trust anyone else as far as he is concerned. Only I further want to specify only Michael, his children, his mother and a few of his siblings and his fans.

To say that this is all one big damn mess would be an understatement!
