There was this thing in TV what Kimi could buy in Finland with all that money he gets from Ferrari (45M$) and if he would get 10M$ salary from the new team.
He could buy one ice hockey team and buy there very good players from NHL and after he would've bought the players he would still have money to run Finland's football league for one season and still his budget would be bigger than Finland's skiing league's and some other league's budget TOGETHER.
:bugeyed:tease: OMG!!!!
Yeah, I've heard about Williams' announcement, that wasn't a surprise. I can't wait for the other ones!!!!
Bridgestone out of F1 - wow, that's surprising!
Well, I think everybody knew that the main reason was the money, that's why they got rid of Kimi.
I think now when Kimi is not a Ferrari employee anymore, he said it clearly. Not that he would ever say bad things about them.
I've heard an interview with Chris Dyer yesterday and he said such nice things:
Q: “About Alonso, what can you tell me? What do you expect from him in these moments of building of the car?”
answer from Chris: “Honestly, today I don’t want to think too much about the future. I want to remember three great years with Kimi, with a worldchampionship title in 2007 above all. This is the most important thing today. Tomorrow, we will think about 2010."
aww bless him!
And I've heard another one from Domenicali... haha that man is a joke!!!! He said that was a great and hard choice to stop the development of the car in August, a choice that needed 'balls' and no space for the emotions (he felt proud of himself). He also said that other teams [McLaren] that have chosen to continue the development until the end, were able to to pass them in the standing by only one point, so they will see next year which team has made the right choice.
 For God's sake, shut your mouth up! Hadn't there been Kimi's talent, his motivation, his determination.... Ferrari wouldn't have had 50 points altogether! Everbody can see it that neither Badoer nor Fisichella couldn't deliver any single point!!! So, it's not because they stopped the development and still they could get good results with that car! LOL At least once, just once, admit it that Kimi is an extraordinary driver and you can thank him for those 48 points!
