Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale is opening up the gates to Michael Jackson's fans on the anniversary of The King of Pop's death.

Randy Jackson tells X17online exclusively:

"I just had a meeting with Forest Lawn and beginning on June 25, the anniversary of my brother's death, fans will be able to go right up to the mausoleum and drop off flowers and pay their respects. Michael loved his fans, and the family wants to make sure that the fans are able to celebrate his incredible life."
At the 1-year anniversary memorial on June 25, Randy tells X17online that his sister Janet and mom, Katherine will be there. Also attending ... Lisa Marie Presley who last month inspired a flower shop to deliver thousands of sunflowers to Forest Lawn in memory of Jackson.

X17online brought you the exclusive details about Lisa Marie Presley's initial visit to the mausoleum in which she carried in an empty portrait-sized frame filled with sunflowers ... spending over an hour getting the placement just right.

Various groups, like the Justice4MJ fan group consisting of thousands of members, had plans to gather at the mausoleum for the special 1-year anniversary. However, just last month Forest Lawn security had been informed that fans were no longer welcome. Thanks to Michael's youngest brother, that has all changed.

Randy adds, "We are so thankful to know that our brother's fans still love him as much as we do."

So what changed? Haven't the fans always been able to drop their gifts and flowers off right at the door to Holly Terrace.

Randy made it seem like he was going to try and get the fans access to Michael's actual resting place - INSIDE the building. What am I messing here?

I hear ya! And I hope any fans that do go, don't get it twisted, because like I said previously, it seemed at first Randy was talking about asking Forest Lawn to allow fans INTO the building.

I hope fans don't head to Forest Lawn thinking that Randy's "Forest Lawn throwing open the gates" comment means that they will actually be allowed into the building and are able to get close and personal with Michael's final resting place. Because, in my opinion, that will cause a bunch of confusion on a day when emotions will be very high for some in attendance.

Randy is full of shit..he needs to STFU about FL.....if anything HE is the one creating havoc for the fans and FL.....of course fans are going to go there and they are going to show up in record numbers. Most will behave..but some will not...and the ones that do not...will be escorted off the property.....just like anywhere else. So Randy has done nothing great!!

Some fans just called FL and according to them...fans will have the same access on the 25th as they are having today. Go up to the door, drop your flowers...you can gather on the side...but no more spectacle. so Randy is full of sh!t....but most of you already knew this.

ur so right about this .it so obvious,he is trying hard in front of fan ,that he is the one.
he doesn't talk to his kids but suddenly he is doing charity work with camera crew with him to capture his good deed common now ,don't take me wrong here ,i am happy for that poor child that she got help.but something doesn't seems right.

I agree...it is almost as though he is trying to step into Michael's shoes...he will NEVER fill those shoes...Michael's shoes are WAY to big for Randy to fill.

Part of an email Forest Lawn sent out to a fan this afternoon:

"The gates will be still open as usual. You may still visit and stop by the Mausoleum but the Mausoleum will remain closed."

I can see June 25th being absolutly manic and I just hope that security doesn't underestimate how many fans there will be.
