Don't understand your line of thinking here. Who could possibly benefit from TII tanking? Which it won't since it's already selling big numbers in pre-orders.
 
Nothing new here but the media will probably distort it. With the whole tape thing the logical answer is that someone made the tape and gave it a joke title about the 93 allegations. The media headlines tomorrow, urgh.

Yeah, that tape had nothing to do with MJ, yet the media will make it look like it was his, found at his house. I wish somebody from the estate or his family would make it clear!

To me all these documents CLEAR UP MICHAEL, theres nothing there, NOTHING, i mean that tape was not even a tape of his, theres nothing
 
One more thing, if Michael wanted to have child pornography he could have had thounsands, i mean he had the power ot aquire all he wanted, yet they say thi one little sh*tty tape was his?????? COME ON!!!!!!!! its a LIE, if he was a pedo he would have had THOUNSANDS, he had NONE, this was not even his.... SHAMEFUL, shame ful
 
I find it sad how half of the FBI's investigations are follow ups on tabloid articles-seriously, following up tabloids? And with all these agencies involved and they still couldn't find anything on Michael speaks volumes.

He didn't have child pornography. It's very telling that in the trial in 2005 they couldn't even bring charges against him for having child porn. Which means they found nothing, nada!

And this tape was not his! The U.S. Custom have sized it from somebody and sent it to the FBI to check it out. Michael's only "involvement" in it was that whoever owned it wrote his name on it in a sick joke. But maybe it didn't even contain child pornography, because no charges were brought against anybody.

It's not just fans that buy MJ's stuff you know, and these people tend to get swayed much by the media. The files have just been released and already there have been sinister insuations and truth twistings. I saw it myself on the news today, had I not known any better I might have gone loon.

I mean don't we see this like all the time. It's a possibility just as they are trying to distract from the homicide investigation, they may also be trying to sabotage actual public sales of the DVD. Just like they did with MJ's " Number Ones" album. I'm not suprised if this were to play out the same way, again. Just saying.

A lot of other stars FBI files include this. For example Marilyn Monroe's file, thats another i've seen.
 
Mj is not here to defend himself. To me, this stuff is nothing new so anyone who is trying to make a big deal out of it will look stupid. To me, the best thing that can come out of this is for Jordan to admit he lied.
 
But wasn´t there supposed to be some files about an extortion investigation as well made by lawyers working for MJ? Maybe TMZ are not reporting that part or has it not been released? Is TSCM still around? I wish he could investigate.

After seeing that he threatened to sue if made to testify, I'm really having doubts about his feelings now. At first I thought he just wanted to lay low and move on, never mention it again. I thought the only things keeping him from admitting it were his dad, the possibility of being sued by Feldman and Katz and the media circus that would ensue, but now I'm not so sure. I mean, why was he so adamant against testifying? Because that would've been the safest place to get the truth out. I'm afraid he's just so mad at the whole situation, Michael included, (even if he did nothing wrong) that he doesn't care about clearing Michael, he just wants everyone to forget about it.

Jordan is a coward nothing more. THe man is 30/29 now and was in his mid 20s during the trial he had a lot of opportunities to come out yet he didn't, he's choosing the easy way out, he isn't the one that was labeled child molester Michael was, his children are those who will have to live with these accusations made against their dad now. Jordan is despicable to say at least.
 
Hopefully it will show the true nature of these damn extortionists

TMez said he had people villing to testify that he dold them MJ never molested him and that he would never speak to his parents again for what they maid him do. I still give him the benefit of a doubt because I think at 13 he would have understood exactly what they were doing but not the long term consequence of it. He has been used both by his parents and by other people like DD imo who made a career of it. It is not that stange that he didn´t dare to stand up against Sneddon and all the people behind him and now it is less than 2 months since his fathers suicide. He is hardly the bravest person in the world but I have not given up on him yet. I try to see it from his perspective. Atleast he refused to testify against Michael.
 
Well, Jordan daddy is dead now. Jordan needs to come out and say I was never molested. if he can tell friends, he can tell the world. WHo cares if haters believe him or not (that will be there problem), at least then they will have his comments on record.
 
I still say the truth is going to come out. This maybe the first start.

I just don't see how that's a good thing. :scratch: I mean, if the prosecution had called him to testify and he did, that doesn't necessarily equal testifying "against" him. If so, then Debbie testified "against" him - and look at how that turned out. :smilerolleyes: If anything, I'd be more inclined to testify for the prosecution than the defense, because that would just be one point less for Arvizos, 2 points more for Michael. Right? Maybe I'm confused again. :scratch:

I think you are confused. Testifying against someone means accusing either the defendant directly or claiming to have seen things that might be bad for the defense. What Debbie Rowe did was to play the prosecution although she was on their witness list, she played them big time and helped Michael's defense.

Well, I mean, I know what Debbie did and what the term "testifying against" someone means, but is that an actual legal stance? Can you call someone to "testify against" someone or does that really just mean you're calling them to the stand? I don't understand how Jordan testifying could have been a bad thing.
