same here.maybe you can try to right click and choose the play button.(not sure if that's the right name.mine is chinese version)that's how i got the sound now

No, not inside. People are allowed to walk right past Holly Terrance, they have it set up so that they can walk past and then turn around and walk back past it through 2 different lines (with barricades to promote a smooth flow).

Not trying to promote TMZ, but they have a continual livestream right in front of the building and just a few feet before the mausoleum where the flowers and remembrances are being placed. Alot of people crying.

Fans aren't even allowed into the balcony of the terrace, let alone inside the Mausoleum! Michael is safe inside, there are sunflowers galore arriving!

It kinda bugs me the way this is set up. I mean I think they should be able to go up to the balcony and stay there like they used to. I know this is for safety issues but still idk maybe I'm the only one.
 
I don't see many people actually stopping in front of the Holly Terrace doors, most of them seem to be stopping in front of the flowers being left but walking right past the doors without stopping. Perhaps some/many people don't reailze the doorway on the terrace is actually the entrance to Michael's resting place. Or maybe the FL people are encouraging people to "move along" so it doesn't become a bottle neck.
