If I have a big breakfast that's probably all I'll eat the whole day. I do think people make the choice to constantly eat for a variety of reasons, stress, boredom, because it's there in front of them, sometimes people need to find another outlet besides food. If it's for weight loss reasons, say having one small meal/portion every few hours I think that's ok, but eating just to do it is not healthy.
