Dispatching TICKETS!!

no its not just you, dont worry, i guess these numbers which looks like a date is just a shortcut for the system, so it knows it will be the fedex overseas. thats what i think :)

got my Britney tickets this morning, and they are souvenier tour tickets, with a photo of Britany and the tour logo, really nice, not just normal generaic ticketmaster tickets. Fingers crossed the Michael ones will be the same, as the Britney concert is also at The O2.
On the tickets as well as the row and seat number there is also which entrance I have to use and I was sent an O2 paper ticket wallet which has a map of the complex and the arena and where the entrances /exits are. Im in block 411 and I have to used entrance H.

so, if Tickemaster /AEG / The O2 keep to the same schedule as the Britney tickets, Ticketmaster account status should be changed around 3 weeks before the concert, and depending on where you live you should get your tickets 4 or 5 days later. I live in London and I just had normal post for my Britney tickets, which I also put for my Michael tickets.

On the email sent from Ticketmaster last night regarding the change of dates, it said that tickets for my show (8th July rescheduled to 13th July) would be issued from 19th June.

I think this is what all dates will be like with the tickets dispatched just a few weeks before.
 
I noticed that too, Stuart. Thanks. When I saw that in the email text I thought, ahhhh, 3 weeks is enough time not to have to freak out about where our tickets are :) And enough time for traders and sellers to be able to get the tickets to others.

Of course!!! And other emails from TM goes through just fine! But not this one :)
I think it's the same situation, as with recent emails about dispatching tickets - some haven't received them (I received).
 
Will they be dispatched like ten days before the first show or the show you are attending ?
 
Someone on here or on another forum posted an email from tm & it said tickets with new dates on should be dispatched from June 19th.

I hope they are pic tix.

The TM email stated that tickets for the first show will be sent out 19th June. I think this will only be for the first show and other tickets will be sent out 3 weeks before each show.

What if ticket doesn't arrive 10 days before event and lets say you dont have time to wait for it to come to your address ....

What to do than???
Somebody told me that you can mail them to save ticket at ticket box in 02 London (something like that ) and you can pick it up there.

But than you need to show them your card with wich you have bought ticket ...
What if that isnt my card , my friend bought ticket for me and i gaved him cash ....

What to do than ???

you would prolly have to contact ticketmaster and like now and ask to arrange pick up at the venue.

u need to asck ticketmaster as u have an issue re the card so u cant do box office pickup it says to contwct the mx amount of days b4 u travel

Does anybody have a number for the UK Ticketmaster I can call. Im from Canada and I need my family's tickets early since we are leaving the country 9 days before the concert.

Just a word of warning, when it states on TM that your tickets have been dispatched, they are actually not telling the whole truth. The truth is that the tickets have only been PRINTED. My account said my Britney tickets were dispatched last Friday by 1st class post which means I should have got them around Monday. I only received them yesterday. One week later. When I queried with TM on Thursday, asking why they hadn't arrived, they gave me the printing excuse.

Yes,go to my ticketmaser then when you see the picture of the event and statistics click "More order details" it will give you the status you are looking for. :)
 
I hope someone can help me with my account question because it's freaking me out

I have made several bookings with 2 different creditcards (from family) on one account with my own name. But then I forgot my password and after receiving a temporary password and logging in again I had to fill in the creditcardnumber. But how would that be checked. I mean I ordered with two different cards....?

Any way I called my dad and he told me he didn't have that creditcard anymore so he didn't have the number for me so I clicked on the option delete billing information and continued. After that I had to fill in my address and creditcardnumber again. My question is what if I don't fill in the same creditcardinformation? And how about the other creditcard number I also used with that account?

I'm totally puzzled and afraid my tickets will get cancelled one way or another :doh:
