His deliriums of grandeur were so big in 2013 that he thought he'd get the attention Chandler and Arvizo had and the estate would run to settle but the most attention he got was the Matt Lauer interview and he looked baffled and in disbelief. He probably knows his lawsuit will have the same fate than Safechuck's, he's running out of money so he was able to work again in a "miraculous" record time. :rolleyes: That coward scum is so full of shit that he knows it but what pisses me off the most is that the industry welcomed him with open arms with no consequences at the moment for his disgusting lies.

That was the whole plan for the Estate to settle and make it go away but it backfire.

You know watching that at one point one of the moves, when their costumes look like pirates (or whatever they are) reminded me a bit of....nah, probably just my imagination. After all he wouldn't include something in his current vid from you know who now would he?

I don't know that he's been welcomed back by the industry. We'll see how far he goes and if he gets the big jobs/artists who will hire him. They'd better watch their backs if they do.

The one on top is what I referring to. It's the move they make right after that screen shot. Re: the second one. You wouldn't think he would. Sure looks similar, as others will notice no doubt. I would have looked closer at the vid, but wasn't going to give him anymore views.

^You're right there are moves from Thriller but I see more Ghosts in that routine. I'd need to compare them move by move, then Michael and all the choreographers who collaborated in Ghosts deserve more that Emmy.

Appeals aren't successful with such weak cases like Safechuck's and Robson's, are they?
 
Apparently they have worked with Manly, Stewart & Finaldi before:

There you have it from the man himself when ask who own MJJP i do who do you work for myself plain and simple. This is why Wade and James cases are so weal there is no proof that the companies own Michael (issues control) also can not prove the companies had a reason ton know. Appeal all you want not happening.

They actually do. I don't think they are that deluded.
They just want to drag this BS case and maybe hope they can get enough MJ hater
judges on the appeal court who will set a precedent for them. I wonder who finances all this.

They will most likely argue if the appeal court didn't overturn the Robson demurrer ruling they should overturn this one because
the two cases are the same they already made that argument to Beckloff.
But since then the fact that MJ 100% controlled the companies was judicially noticed, they cannot overturn that.
Which makes me wonder why the Estate didn't request that during the Robson demurrers.

What exactly can an appeal specialist do if she cannot bring new arguments?
What could she tell the appeal court what Finaldi has not already tried?

There is nothing they can do Judge Beckloff did everything right he gave Wade and James more then enough time to fix their cases and their fail to do so end of story. The case was basic on did the companies own Michael no the companies did not own Michael. I do not see Judge B ruling being overturn.

They are hoping for a settlement. The Estate better let it just drag and do not give one red cent.

That all it is the Estate to settled they will get tried it cost money to keep doing these appeals Wade James and their lawyers are fighting a losing battle.
 
NOT MJ -related, but interesting nevertheless. A complainant called 'Nick' had repeatedly made unwarranted false allegations against numbers of high-profile men in UK public life. The complainant is now being investigated for 'perverting the course of justice'.

Met Police payouts to Lords over child abuse claims

The Metropolitan Police Service has paid compensation to retired field marshal Lord Bramall and the family of the late Lord Brittan over false accusations of child sex abuse.

The Met has not revealed the amount paid but it is reported to be £100,000.
Both men were accused by a man known as "Nick", who is being investigated for perverting the course of justice.

It comes after the Met's child abuse investigation, Operation Midland, was criticised in a recent report.
Lord Bramall, a Normandy veteran who retired from the House of Lords in 2013, was accused in 2014 of child sexual abuse by Nick.
Within weeks, the Met launched a major investigation and the following year Lord Bramall's home was raided by more than 20 officers.
His wife died before his name was cleared.

Former Home Secretary Lord Brittan had also been investigated as part of Operation Midland, and in addition faced a separate allegation that he had raped a 19-year-old woman.
Both cases against him were eventually dropped, but only after he died in January 2015.

Then-Met Police commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe apologised last year to former head of the Army Lord Bramall, ex-Conservative MP Harvey Proctor and the widow of Lord Brittan "for the intrusion into their homes and the impact of Operation Midland on their lives".
This came after all three men were accused of abuse by Nick, but later cleared.

Mr Proctor is continuing his legal claim against the police.

Operation Midland was a Met Police inquiry into claims a Westminster VIP paedophile ring abused children in the 1970s and 1980s. It closed in March without any charges being brought.

Former judge Sir Richard Henriques previously criticised Operation Midland for inaccuracies in search warrants used to search the homes of those accused, and failing to properly assess the credibility of Nick.

Sir Richard also said the investigation went on too long, and detectives lacked key information.
The Met was also criticised for describing the allegations as "credible and true" early in the inquiry.

The guy sounded and looked like a nutjob as soon as i saw him on channel 4 news who were the main people to give him a platform at the begining.he made claims about some unknown kid been murdered aswell. They went funnily quiet on the story when it started to appear he was full of it.

I do not think this has anything to do with Wade his hearing is not until Sept 14. (summary judgement) and then after that Judge B will take 6 weeks to make a ruling. This case could be dismiss do to lack of evidences Wade and his lawyers can not prove that the companies own Michael. Michael was the owner of his companies.

This bit of news doesn't surprise me...... Robson's lawyers fishing for alleged "victims" etc to beef up their farce of a case.
