Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate
I don't think these people have any "vague recollection of something untoward". They simply want money and are making up any story to get it. As simple as that.
They made it up and they got help. There's plenty of evidence that Safechuck's story was written by Gutierrez or someone
who was very familiar with his book, just like the Chandler story was written with the help of
Gutierrez.
Dr. Gardner's interview with Chandler:
"he got me to twist one of his nipples while I sucked on the other and he masturbated himself."
https://jacksonaktak.files.wordpress.com/2010/09/j-chandler-gardner-interview.pdf
The exact same thing comes up in Safechuck's tale twice.
First he says the first nipple twisting happened during the Bad tour in 1988.
Then he says this element was added later as the abuse escalated:
Obviously he can't have it both ways. But sloppy writing like this is typical of Gutierrez.
Movies with kids masturbating also came from Gutierrez's perverted mind, page 57 58
The movies that Michael rented could only be rented in this store. They
always dealt with loving and sexual relations between an adult and a boy.
Some of the other films which Jackson rented were ones in which young
boys appeared nude or half-nude in more than a few scenes. Most of
these were European films such as Robby and Pelle the Conqueror.
There were also liberal historic and foreign themes about minors who
prostituted themselves, some who were abused and ran from their
homes wearing only underwear and others who ran around naked
and masturbating, in such films as Vito and the Others, The
Decameron, Acla, Lakki, The Orphans and Freedom in Paradise.
Gutierrez wrote that the store was Video West in West Hollywood, supposedly in front of
the Larrabee recording studioes where MJ recorded some of his songs
and MJ arrived five minutes before they closed to choose his films
and he was registered under the name of one of his assistant and
on occasions his assistant , a woman, would go and rent films for him.
If any of this had been true it would have been easy to verify. The fact
that Sneddon never even tried to use this story against MJ proves
that none of it is true, MJ didn't rent any movie which had boys masturbating.
But it's part of Safechuck's complaint:
In the book they are foreign film. In the complaint they are foreign books. Sure.
BTW no foreign pornographic book was ever found in MJ's condo or Neverland.
There is the classic Gutierrez idea that people were thinking about molestation as a love affair
and that the employees on the ranch knew about it but somehow didn't care.
In the Chandler's book Evan and supposedly his wife Natalie both talk about MJ and Jordan being in love.
Evan even says that he wanted the Aug 4 meeting because he wanted to know whether they were in love.
I don't know whether the Quindoys really had kids or not but if they did that makes it even more unlikely
that they would talk about a man molesting a boy as being the same as having an affair.
Notice the "there was gossip amongst the staff" angle.
Compare this to what Gutierrez wrote about Estella Lemarque's attitude
and that everyone on the ranch knew. Pretty much the same nonsense.
And since Lemarque never claimed under oath that everyone on the ranch knew
or that it was a big joke this is obviously yet another example of Gutierrez putting
words in his "sources'" mouth.
Estella said that she was not supposed to speak about any of the relationships between
Jackson and the boys. "But everyone at the ranch knew. We would all joke about it
including the guards. It's a big joke."
Here's another example on page 78 where an employee claimed
everyone on the ranch knew but did nothing. On top of it
Gutierrez likes to think about MJ and the boys like couples,
I guess that has nothing to do with Safechuck's marriage story.
Gutierrez put in Melanie Bagnall's mouth:
"All of us at the ranch knew that Jackson had sexual relations with boys
and at times we would see them conversing like a couple. At times they would be
pushing and pulling hair on the floor, yelling like two women. It was normal to see them
throwing objects at each other while arguing. But we had to act as though we saw
nothing"
I have no doubt that Gutierrez in fact talked to the Quindoys and gave them ideas,
even though in his book he said he knew little about them. I don't think it's a coincidence
that the Quindoys repeated three of Gutierrez's favorite mantras:
1. underwear on the floor
Blanca Francia, Kassim Abdul also claimed to see underwear on the floor.
What are the chances of MJ leaving such evidence behind over and over again and
the only people who discovered it don't care when they see it but all go to the tabloids post-Chandler
and all are connected to Gutierrez.
2. Norma Staikos warned employees
In Gutierrez's book Estella Lemarque says that Norma warned her to kiss the Safechuck's ass
because they are the ones who could "change" (hurt) Michael.
Murdoch and Quindoys claimed that Norma warned them not to leave their kids alone with MJ,
again, like it's likely that out of all the employees Norma specifically warned four who just happen
to have ulterior motives and are all connected to Gutierrez.
3. They saw MJ and boys in the shower/Jacuzzi.
Molestation in the shower and while taking bath is a recurring element
in the Gutierrez's book, it comes up in Chandler's story, Ralph Cachon's story (which first featured Brett Barnes then they changed it to Jordan) and what a coincidence Blanca Francia and the Quindoys both have a shower/jacuzzi story too.
Like it's likely that MJ would openly molest kids where his staff can see everything and like it's likely
that the only ones who ever saw such a thing are all connected to Gutierrez.
Now where did this come from? Gutierrez's book page 79.
This piece of shit wrote that MJ did THAT to Brett and Jordan after
asking Kasim Abdul whether he saw his jar of Vaselin. Right down to the
Jordan asked him not to do it again it's the same as Safechuck's story.
And the medallion is also mentioned on page 135
While I was introducing myself I noticed she had a gold chain with a medallion
about two and a half inches in diameter it had Jackson's profile on it. I asked her
if Jackson had given it to her and she said that he had given it to her son, it was
just that she liked to wear it.
More Gutierrez themes:
MJ disliked women, was jealous of girls and he married to improve his image
Dr. Gardner interview with Chandler:
"Say that again. You wouldn't know what else is out there?"
"Right. Like, he didn't like it if I would want to call a girl or something. You know, I
wouldn't know, like, there were other options."
Safechuck's complaint:
Gutierrez's book page 40, he puts these words in Jordan's mouth:
"Michael got upset when I looked at one of the prince's sisters,
who was fourteen years old and who was very pretty. Michael took
me by the arm and asked me what I saw in the girl. I told him that I thought
she was very pretty. Michael gave me a look like he was annoyed and he changed
the subject and kept playing" For Jordie the issue was closed but Jackson
wasn't through yet. Jordie never thought the incident with Jackson would cause
problems for the royal family. "The next day they prince, his sisters and the
governess had left the ranch. Nobody found out why the royal family
suddenly disappeared without even having the time to say good-bye
to us or to Michael. Michael knew but I didn't dare to ask" Jordie
explained.
and this on page 191:
He was resting in bed and while he was watching the TV he saw the image of Jackson
and it caught his attention. It was about his friend's marriage. He said he didn't believe it.
"Michael hates women!" He made me learn some phrases about how to hate women.
Jordie thinks Michael got married so he could pass for a man.
Of course we know that MJ wanted to marry ever since the 70s and wanted a big
family and wanted a real relationship with a woman and dated Lisa long before the allegations.
That MJ told Safehuck he will have to marry to improve his image doesn't make any sense.
MJ's image was perfectly fine before Aug 1993 in what way would his image have been improved
by getting married? It's like Gutierrez/Safechuck forgets that noone accused of MJ of being a pedophile
before Aug 1993. Typical Gutierrez sloppiness.
The girl Gutierrez talks about was the sister of Prince Albert Elisabeth von Thurn und Taxis
and MJ wasn't jealous of her at all, he played with her just like he played with Albert
and Jordan, no difference. She wrote about her experiences in Neverland
after MJ died here, nothing but good:
https://web.archive.org/web/2011071...nchsquarterly.com/2741/never-neverland-again/
Safechuck talks about MJ's nose and the band aid:
Gutierrez talks about MJ's nose and the band aid, page 37 38
Other people close to Jackson besides Jordie noticed the
prosthesis as well, like Blanca Francia. "It's a small piece of metal to give
form to his nose. He puts a band similar to a band aid over it to hold it in place.
Then he applies makeup to cover it up. It's painful to look at it, he doesn't
have any cartilage or bone left in his nose anymore."
If this goes to trial the Estate should absolutely expose Gutierrez and his connection to all these
despicable characters. If they don't they are either idiots or don't give a **** about MJ and his legacy.
