Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate
I think all of the people who travelled with MJ, their costs were run by MJ's company. Certainly Michael didn't dig his pocket and pay travel cost the whole lot of them, but were paid by his company.
I think Safejunk was paid by Pepsi for commercial, but that was it. They can claim all sort of thingys, but will it stick and can they argue legally MJ's companies employed him is different thing.
Didn't Cascio's travel with him extensively? They never claimed to be employees of MJ (at that time, Frank was later on) and if it comes to that, the estate attorneys can call them to testify and Brett too.
I just wonder whether in the US there is some precedent for that.
These lawyers say so many stupid things it's hard to see what is totally baseless and what is not.
Also, weren't the Safechuck's MJ's own guests like the Chandlers and Gotham Chopra?
What evidence is there that those companies paid for food, hotel, wardrobe anything?
