Do you realize how since he has these new lawyers the media suddenly started to be interested in what they didn't care about so far? I guess his lawyers are working their media relationships now to put pressure on the Estate with bad publicity. I expected this when I saw the MO of these lawyers. But like said this won't work. MJ is not here to feel the hurt from it and the Estate won't budge on such things.

BTW, I see this Evening Standard is part-owned by the Daily Fail, so no surprise there. It's always the same interest groups behind these media campaings. It's not good for his image but MJ has gone through worse and his legacy survived. Allegations are not facts. I know that many people are too dumb to make that distinction, but let's hope there are actually many smart people out there who can see the ridiculousness of it.

On the other hand, I haven't seen much mention of this on the other forum I am on (which is a general celebrity gossip forum). In fact, it was only shortly discussed in the MJ part of that forum and inside already existing threads. I haven't seen any other mention of it by anyone. IMO many people are tired of this two decades long witch hunt. The guy is dead for 7 years, for God's sake. Wasn't the lynch mob enough already?

^ Sounds like some BS from Stacy Brown. I doubt this is in Robson's complaint. I guess it is "in" now for tabloid trash to talk nonsense about 3T and their family. The NY Daily News is doing it more cleverly than Radar though - hiding behind an anyonymous "source" and thus the Shield Law. They even note their alleged source might be "off center" but it doesn't stop them to use this story to trash MJ's reputation. Typical. MJ had alaways had a great relationship with Dee Dee. And her sons were some of MJ's biggest supporters at the time (and ever since). It's pure nonsense.

And when would this have happened anyway? When the allegations broke out MJ was abroad, on tour. Then he went to rehab. He wasn't even in the US for several months. Then he had the strip search, Christmas with the Cascios, settled in January. There was the Jackson family honors in February where Dee was there and supportive of MJ. Then MJ got married and lived in NY then went on a honeymoon where he was when Dee Dee died. At the hands of her businessman boyfriend who had nothing to do with MJ.

it could be the lawyers using their media relationship, it could also be due to the possible trial date getting closer. I reported KJ- AEG case for 2 years. Only thing you will see was the "leaked" stories rarely. But then when it was time for summary judgment, suddenly you had 3-5 different media reporting all the developments.

I think they will contact every person who came in contact with mj when he was a child and lure them with promises of big $$$. They are buying time and want more accusers to join them to add more pressure on the judge. I bet they will call Anthony Jackson!

Now one of those kids, choreographer Wade Robson, 33, has brought a suit against his estate claiming that Jackson ran "the most sophisticated child abuse procurement and facilitation operation the world has known." And I believe that too.

Robson claims he was one of an endless array of children who were brought to Neverland Ranch to be sexually assaulted by Jackson. Their parents were too dazzled by the King of Pop, or so disgustingly greedy that they looked the other way as this freak who'd turned himself from a black man into a white woman and finally into the Phantom of the Opera, stalked children like a movie monster.

I don't come to that belief as a casual observer or social media hater. I believe this because I was the first reporter to be made aware of the Jackson's alleged pedophilia back in 1993. At that time I was as big a fan of the phenom of the pop opera as everybody else. But then one day a friend came to see me here at the News.

"My cousin's boy's been hijacked by Michael Jackson," he told me and took out two photos of that boy, Jordan (Jordy) Chandler, posing with Jackson. I'll never forget it. They were dressed alike, in fedoras, little black suits, each wearing one glittery glove. They were at a roller-coaster at EuroDisney, which had opened the year before.

Jackson first spotted 13-year-old Jordan at the boy's stepfather's Rent-A-Wreck operation in Los Angeles. Jackson had disguised himself and come in to rent a used car of all things. Within weeks, the mother and her children were "enjoying" sleepovers at the ranch. I'm told that the mother thought that Jackson had a crush on her and was flattered. Eventually Jordy broke down and told his father that Jackson had been abusing him.

They settled the suit against Jackson for more than $20 million. Authorities told him it might be best if he and his son disappeared for a while. The stunningly handsome father and son went underground &#8212; the father had plastic surgery to disguise himself, destroying his face. End result: Dental practice ruined, screenwriting over, family destroyed.

In 2009, Evan Chandler, 65, shot himself to death in bed in his Jersey City apartment with a .38-caliber revolver.

Even more startling, back in 1994, after the pedophilia story broke out, a female member of the Jackson clan, whose name I will not reveal for fear of reprisals, called me and said, "They're going to kill Delores, Tito's ex-wife." She told me she had thrown Michael out of her house when he tried to get information on a little boy visiting her home. She threatened to expose him. I told the caller, who'd been alleged to be slightly off-center herself, that I couldn't write an article speculating that Jackson might put a hit out on a woman when there was no proof of anything.

I regret to this day that I hadn't done it. A month later, Delores Jackson was found dead in a swimming pool at the home of her boyfriend, Donald Bohana. Her death was due to an accidental drowning, but a coroner's report called it &#8220;assisted drowning&#8221; with indications of blunt force trauma.

Four years later Bohana, who claimed it had been an accident since Delores did not know how to swim, was convicted of second-degree murder.

It could have been a horrible accident, yes, and the call could have been a terrible coincidence. Or it could have been pre-meditated murder.

An Australian-born man who has previously been among Michael Jackson's staunchest supporters has alleged the late singer was at the centre of a sophisticated operation established explicitly to procure children for sexual abuse.

In an amended claim filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles last week, lawyers for Wade Robson argue that while two Jackson-associated companies, MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures, appeared to be "dedicated to creating and distributing multimedia entertainment by Michael Jackson" they in fact had an ulterior motive.

Brisbane-born choreographer Wade Robson has filed a claim against Michael Jackson's estate, alleging the singer sexually abused him as a child.
"The thinly veiled, covert second purpose of these businesses was to operate as a child sexual abuse operation, specifically designed to locate, attract, lure and seduce child sexual abuse victims."

Brisbane-born Robson, 33, first met Jackson in Australia when he was aged five, after winning a "dance-a-like" competition run by MJJ Productions. His prize was a meet-and-greet with his idol, followed by an invitation to join him onstage to dance a couple of nights later.

It seemed the stuff of dreams for a young boy with stardom in his eyes, but it signalled the beginning of what Robson now claims was a nightmare that led to mental collapse and the end of a brilliant career as a dancer, choreographer and budding film director.

According to Robson's lawyers, "these meet and greets were purposely orchestrated&#8230;as a sexual grooming mechanism to acquire minor sexual abuse victims for Michael Jackson".

Robson first lodged his claim against the two companies and the estate of Michael Jackson in 2013. In 2015, the claim against the estate was struck down on statute-of-limitation grounds, which require such claims be lodged within three years of the death of the defendant. Michael Joseph Jackson died on June 25, 2009.

The claims against the two Jackson-related companies, and individuals associated with them, are proceeding.

The amended claim has been lodged by Vince Finaldi of Manly, Stewart & Finaldi, a legal firm that specialises is sexual abuse cases. The firm was appointed to the case in July.

What makes these allegations especially remarkable is that Wade Robson has in the past been a staunch defender of Jackson, testifying in both 1993 and 2005 that he was not sexually abused by the reclusive singer.

But after suffering two nervous breakdowns in less than 12 months, Robson entered into a course of "insight-oriented psychotherapy" during which he revealed for the first time his sexual encounters with Jackson.

"Thereafter," the claim states, "he gradually came to understand and admit that he was sexually abused as a child and that this childhood sexual abuse caused psychological injury, illness and damage".

Robson's first breakdown occurred in April 2011, just as he was about to begin directing the dance film Step Up 4. His second came in March 2012.

As a result of these breakdowns, he has allegedly had to decline "many prestigious and lucrative job offers, such as directing the opening number for the Academy Awards". He is no longer able to work, associating the entertainment industry with "psychological injury, illness and damage".

The alleged abuse began in February 1990, when Robson was seven, during a visit to California.

Wade and his family were travelling with the Johnny Young Talent School, which had been invited to perform at Disneyland, when his mother re-established contact with Jackson's people.

According to the claim, Norma Staikos, an employee of MJJ Ventures, arranged a meeting. It is alleged that she "was acting &#8230; as a 'madam' or 'procurer' of child sexual abuse victims for Michael Jackson'.

The following day, Jackson invited the Robson family to stay at Neverland.

Wade and his sister, who is three years older, were invited to sleep in his private quarters, while the rest of the family were put in the guest wing. On the second night, Wade's sister suggested she and her brother sleep in a separate bed. Wade declined, opting to stay in Jackson's bed. That, his lawyers claim, is when the abuse began. It would allegedly continue until he was 14.

After a couple of weeks in Jackson's company, the Robson family returned to Australia.

According to the statement of claim, Jackson remained in "constant contact" with the family via telephone and fax. In September 1991, MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures organised visas for Robson, his mother and his sister to allow the child dancer to work with the singer in the US.

Robson's lawyers allege "this was done &#8230; for the explicit purpose of allowing Michael Jackson access to [Wade Robson] for sexual abuse".

In an interview on NBC's Today program in 2013, Robson claimed he had not repressed the memories of his sexual experiences with Jackson, but believed he had been brainwashed by his one-time mentor and father figure into seeing them as an expression of their mutual "love". That is a phenomenon frequently observed in survivors of child sexual abuse.

On social media and fan forums, though, Robson has been accused by Jackson fans of being a traitor and attempting to cash in now his career is "washed up".

But Robson insists he is merely looking for justice, and wants these claims to be tested in court.

The case is set for trial beginning October 7.

That Linda Stasi article is the typical example of the fabricated and twisted sensationalist BS they will print.

That she felt the need to note how handsome supposedly both Evan and Jordan were is a dead giveaway that her source used to be probably Evan or Ray when she first came up with this nonsense in the 90s. Back in the day Ray often made a point to note in the media and his book how handsome they both were. Eg. this is about Evan:

&#8220;He was a handsomer version of Rob Lowe, that&#8217;s how drop-dead handsome he was,&#8221; a loved one said. &#8220;Since he was such a handsome guy, as he got older, he became more obsessive-compulsive about his looks.&#8221;

I don't come to that belief as a casual observer or social media hater. I believe this because I was the first reporter to be made aware of the Jackson's alleged pedophilia back in 1993. At that time I was as big a fan of the phenom of the pop opera as everybody else. But then one day a friend came to see me here at the News.

"My cousin's boy's been hijacked by Michael Jackson," he told me and took out two photos of that boy, Jordan (Jordy) Chandler, posing with Jackson. I'll never forget it. They were dressed alike, in fedoras, little black suits, each wearing one glittery glove. They were at a roller-coaster at EuroDisney, which had opened the year before.

So you were the one to whom the Chandlers leaked stories to in 1993? Good to know. And to be honest, these stories do reek very much of the Chandlers. Besides the mentioning of their supposed "handsomeness" this laughable nonsense too is typical of the Chandlers story that somehow Jordan dressing like MJ is evidence of MJ molesting him. That too is the product of Evan's sick, bipolar mind.

From their book:

&#8220;Monique reiterated her opinion that Michael was taking up too much of Jordie&#8217;s life. But this time she offered an additional observation. &#8220;Jordie doesn&#8217;t even know you&#8217;re in the room, Evan. Can&#8217;t you see what&#8217;s going on? They&#8217;re in love!&#8221;

The minute the L word left Monique&#8217;s mouth, Evan believed she was right. &#8220;It should have been a dead giveaway,&#8221; Evan recalled weeks later, when Jordie came walking in the house that night wearing tight black pants, white socks, black loafers and a black fedora, and Michael came walking in right behind him wearing the same riling. Or when they ran off into the living room together after dinner and closed the door behind them, leaving me to work alone on the history paper. Or that Michael never once called Jordie by name, referring to him instead by affectionate nicknames like &#8216;Applehead&#8217; and &#8216;Doo Doo Head.&#8217;&#8221;

&#8220;Do you think it&#8217;s physical?&#8217; Evan asked his wife.

&#8220;I don&#8217;t know?&#8221; Monique answered. &#8220;It could just be infatuation. But whatever it is, it&#8217;s not good for Jordie.&#8221; [1; page 45]

The so called "cousin" who Stasi references to is, I am sure, in reality Ray Chandler - through whom Evan fed the tabloid media with his nonsense.

You gotta love how selective this story-telling is:

Jackson first spotted 13-year-old Jordan at the boy's stepfather's Rent-A-Wreck operation in Los Angeles. Jackson had disguised himself and come in to rent a used car of all things. Within weeks, the mother and her children were "enjoying" sleepovers at the ranch. I'm told that the mother thought that Jackson had a crush on her and was flattered. Eventually Jordy broke down and told his father that Jackson had been abusing him.

The dad, Evan Chandler, a dentist-to-the-stars and a screenwriter who co-wrote "Robin Hood Men in Tights" with Mel Brooks, called the cops. Within a few weeks the father was jumped in his office garage and beaten to a pulp. His home was broken into, and his patients threatened in his dental waiting room by goons. They settled the suit against Jackson for more than $20 million. Authorities told him it might be best if he and his son disappeared for a while. The stunningly handsome father and son went underground &#8212; the father had plastic surgery to disguise himself, destroying his face. End result: Dental practice ruined, screenwriting over, family destroyed.

It is suggestive of MJ walking into that car rental business because he "spotted" Jordan there. When in reality Jordan wasn't there when MJ first went there and he went there because his care broke down. It was the owner, Jordan's step-father who called June and Jordan to come and meet MJ. It was Jordan's step-father who offered MJ to rent him a car for free if MJ had taken Jordan's phone number and called him. This story is not debated even by the Chandlers so why is this "journalist" not telling the whole story as it was?

Then in the next parapgraph Stasi gives a highly selective and bised version of the next events. First she acts like Jordan spontaneously told his father about his alleged abuse. Supposedly then Evan called the cops but they were so threatened by crazy fans that they had no choice but settle for money. Nice sob story, however, not true.

Jordan did not "break down" and spontaneously tell his father about his alleged abuse. In reality it was Evan who first came up with the idea that MJ had molested Jordan. He came up with that idea based on such things as quoted above that MJ and Jordan dressed the same and they liked to hang out together. When Evan kept asking him Jordan denied being abused. It was only after Evan took hold of the boy and did not allow him back to his mother and Evan and his "son of a bitch" lawyer (that he hired way before Jordan supposedly confessed to him about alleged abuse...) started to influence the boy - it was only then that Jordan went along with his father's "suspicions" and started claiming he was abused.

And no, Evan did not immediately run to the cops with that information. Instead, for over a month he tried to use it to secretly extort money out of Michael Jackson. Again, you don't have to believe me anything. It is in the Chandlers' own book.

&#8220;Fields and Pellicano already knew Evan was willing to negotiate. Why not pay him off and nip the nightmare in the bud while you&#8217;ve got the opportunity? Especially when you know your man is guilty of sleeping with little boys, at least. Not only do you avoid a civil suit, but also, more important, you buy your way around authorities by removing their star witness. Ten, twenty, thirty million? Money&#8217;s no object. The deal could be a fait accompli within hours. And if it doesn&#8217;t work, you can always come out swingin&#8217; anyway.&#8221; [1; page 126]

&#8220;On the morning of August 17, 1993, as he negotiated with Barry Rothman, Anthony Pellicano had in his possession a copy of the psychiatrists report with the names omitted. He held in his hand the future of the most famous entertainer in human history. Yet the tape is replete with examples of Pellicano refusing to compromise on what would amount to chump change to Jackson. Why take the chance of Michael&#8217;s name ending up on that report and triggering an investigation?&#8221; [1; page 138]

&#8220;Had Michael paid the twenty million dollars demanded of him in August, rather than the following January, he might have spent the next ten years as the world&#8217;s most famous entertainer, instead of the world&#8217;s most infamous child molester.&#8221;[1; page 128]

Only after MJ refused to pay and Evan was in a hot seat for not returning Jordan to his mother in time is when he went to the cops. And when they filed their civil lawsuit in September it was with "a highly profitable settlement" in mind - again based on their own book. So their settlement had nothing to do with fan threats. The Chandlers wanted money all along. Even way before the allegations went public and MJ fans knew a thing about them. Money was always the goal for the Chandlers. So to blame their settlement on supposed fan threats is extremely disingenuous.

This is not some crazy MJ fan conspiracy theory - this information is all in the Chandlers' own book. So why does the media refuse to do their actual job when it comes to these allegations and keep telling a completely different story to their audences than even the story the Chandlers told?

And I see that the end of the article really is trying to suggestively hint at MJ being behind Dee Dee's murder. Unreal. SMH. Stasi should be ashamed of herself. But what do we expect from a woman who's apparently been used as a mouthpiece by the Chandlers back in the 90s and who believes that a photo of Jordan wearing the same outfit as MJ is evidence of child molestation?

it could be the lawyers using their media relationship, it could also be due to the possible trial date getting closer. I reported KJ- AEG case for 2 years. Only thing you will see was the "leaked" stories rarely. But then when it was time for summary judgment, suddenly you had 3-5 different media reporting all the developments.

Look at the wordings of these articles. In the first New York Daily News article they said things like "Finaldi said", "Finaldi told the Daily News". They weren't just reading a court document. Finaldi directly talked to them.

Even in this latest article that you posted by Karl Quinn there are hints at a biased connection with Robson and his lawyers. It is one-sidedly sympathetic for Robson and one-sidedly and uncritically acceptive of anything he claims. It is not an unbiased, factual report of his allegations, but one that sides with him. For example, the author of the article takes it upon himself to repeat Robson's mantra about how typical supposedly his behavior is for child abuse victims.

In an interview on NBC's Today program in 2013, Robson claimed he had not repressed the memories of his sexual experiences with Jackson, but believed he had been brainwashed by his one-time mentor and father figure into seeing them as an expression of their mutual "love". That is a phenomenon frequently observed in survivors of child sexual abuse.

Except, not under the circumstances of Robson's own story which makes his case a LOT different to most child sexual abuse survivors. The article one-sidedly neglects to mention all those circumstances and facts. The whole article just uncritically rehashes his claims without looking at both sides of the case.

You even see a little ad, again, for Robson's new law firm in the article.

The amended claim has been lodged by Vince Finaldi of Manly, Stewart & Finaldi, a legal firm that specialises is sexual abuse cases. The firm was appointed to the case in July.

So I am pretty sure that the PR department of Manly, Stewart & Finaldi are in work and many of these articles are a result of that.

I think they've finally gone completely insane. Either that or the press is so now desperate for those $$ they'll print anything. I mean how bad off are they when they print trash articles, that sound like the crap from the 80's, 90's, 2000's about a man whose been gone for 7 years.
And WR and his legal team are so desperate themselves that this is the way they have to try to get their settlement. Slander the man's name completely, put pressure on his estate and his family hoping they'll just give in.

Oh and how I wish that the media actually started to do their damn job for once, instead of just uncritically rehashing any salacious claim for a click-bait. You know, like real legal analysis and serious journalism - including representing arguments and facts on BOTH sides of the case, not just always automatically siding with the accuser all the time because that gives the more juicy, most sensationalist headlines. They should remain factual, they should explain the legalities behind these claims - the law and the legal reasons why Robson has to make certain claims. Why is the media today made of a bunch of ignorant clowns who are writing about stuff without having the slightest idea about it? But if they get a call from someone (say Robson's law firm) they will just write down any one-sidedly biased crap due to that connection. All the while dragging their audience along into their ignorance.

According to Robson's lawyers, "these meet and greets were purposely orchestrated&#8230;as a sexual grooming mechanism to acquire minor sexual abuse victims for Michael Jackson".

The alleged abuse began in February 1990, when Robson was seven, during a visit to California.

Wade and his family were travelling with the Johnny Young Talent School, which had been invited to perform at Disneyland, when his mother re-established contact with Jackson's people.

According to the claim, Norma Staikos, an employee of MJJ Ventures, arranged a meeting. It is alleged that she "was acting &#8230; as a 'madam' or 'procurer' of child sexual abuse victims for Michael Jackson'.

Why is the media, for example, not telling their readers here the FACT that MJ actually hasn't met Robson for 2 years after that dance competition that they now ridiculously allege was set up to "to acquire minor sexual abuse victims for Michael Jackson". Where are all the other victims that were "acquired" this way?

As for Robson, how does this theory jive with the factual story of MJ not meeting Wade for another 2 years and when he did it wasn't because he contacted him, but it was Robson's mother who seeked him out and contacted him. And Norma putting Joy Robson on the phone with MJ now supposedly makes her a "madame". (I guess that makes Joy Robson a "pimp" then...) A truly "sophisticated child abuse procurement mechanism".

That Robson hasn't met MJ for another 2 years after the dance competition and that when he next did it was because the Robsons reached out to him, not the other way around is a FACT! If the media was not as biased and one-sided as they are they would be mentioning this very important FACT, which actually single-handedly makes this whole new claim by Robson about the companies ridiculous.

Too silly to comment is right! His new lawyers are trying to force a settlement by going to the media. This mess has been going on for 3 years and they have no case whatsoever. It's laughable they are now accusing Norma Staikos of being a 'madame' (shaking my head)
