Yes, esp. the conditioning part. I'm sure they read Jordan's interview, of course they did.

What he forgets though is that Jordan never claimed anal rape. Even in his case it was laughable when he said "I was like 'whatever' and just went along with it", but with Robson claiming anal rape it's crazy that he says he enjoyed it and it "felt good". NAMBLA would be so proud of his arguments.

No way in the world such a little child would think anal rape feels good. Oral sex or masturbation maybe but not rape.

So he understood that these things were "not exactly cool" if they were done to others but not when they were done to him?
Or he understood that it was wrong no matter who the victim was?
Or he didn't understand that it was wrong.
And he felt fear and shame and guilt but it didn't affect him in any negative way.
And despite all that fear and shame and guilt he thought it was expression of love.

This guy is unreal.

Following a question Evan asked "are you doing it"?


That convo is just mindblowing but very revealing.
Jordan was not oblivious about sexual things if he answered like that and he sure as hell wouldn't have tolerated that "disgusting" thing.
Especially since he also claimed that MJ stopped French kissing him after he told him that he didn't like it.
So he liked the to jack off and oral sex even thought was was "not into that"?
And then he called all those things "horrible".

Man, Jordan was just as all over the place as every other MJ accuser.

Exactly. It sounds unlikely, but it is actually pretty common for children to feel some sort of arousal when they are being sexually abused, or to enjoy the attention and affection they receive from their abuser. For some children, depending on the abuser's approach, the abuse isn't experienced as traumatic at the time of happening. I'm pretty sure this doesn't apply to anal rape tho, which can NOT happen without experiencing a lot of pain, and not just during the abuse itself but also afterwards because of scarring etc. I can not imagine you'd 'look forward' to that.. but hey, I think he's just trying to use common and well known behaviors and explanations to make his claims seem credible (he said himself that his case was such a 'classic' example).. he just took it too far with claiming anal rape.
 
I feel like Wade is trying really hard to act like a victim as he has so many different victims lines but the same way he portrays MJ as a paternless pedophile, he's also an inconsistent victim as he claims to experience all things together at the same time. Not saying there's only one way a victim should react to sexual abuse but he's being too cynical about it.

^ Yes, he uses lots of textbook arguments but the problem is that he does not pay attention to using them in a consistent way. You cannot make some things work all at once. It is either-or. But he is so greedy that he wants to make those contradictory things work all at once.

Notice how according to this article it happens usually to children who otherwise are neglected and do not get attention from adults. That cannot be applied to Robson who had a very "in control" mother.

Also like said, the "I liked it" thing may happen in case of acts which are not painful, but with the things Robson alleges not so much.

“I didn’t know it was wrong”: Especially if abuse began at a very early age, you may not have even been aware that this wasn’t something that didn’t happen to everyone. The abuse becomes part of your normal everyday life, and so challenging it wouldn’t even occur to you.

Again, in this case there were very special circumstances with 1993 and then 2005. There was no way for Robson to not realize that it was wrong.

He's all over the place. That's the same problem the Arvizos had, they too got greedy.

I find it very hard to believe his mother wouldn't notice a change in her son after a violent rape. There's no need to get graphic but I think it's absolutely impossible that 7 years old Robson liked or enjoyed being raped by a grown man.

what about the lawyers? He no longer has anything to lose. He is doomed financially if he does not win millions. No career , nothing to rely on to support his family. Too late. He is fighting for his life ,money-wise.

she took a picture as weitzman was leaving the courtroom. It's not beckloff.

either the hearing is over - which is normal, or a mid morning break.

remember this is a hearing, not a trial. It's just for the parties to make their final points and judge to ask questions. It could be over relatively quick.

This is what makes this whole thing so difficult tho, there isn't.. and that's why he can claim pretty much anything to help him explain why he did what he did (testifying in the trial, defending Michael until after his death etc.), and blame it on being a victim :sigh:
