Yes, and it's a very old post. We have a bit more information about Wade's motives now. I still believe there is more to it than just money, based on his own statements I think it is a combination of greed, pride and mental illness (or mental instability, at least).

Absolutely outrageous that bullshit case goes to trial and that bastard has A LOT of time to plan more disturbing details and lies, also probably more media time to profit off Michael. I'm so fukking furious right now but not surprised since it's the same asshole judge who did absolutely nothing for Paris' well being when suicide attempt occurred!

That judge can go fukk himself! When I'm utterly outraged and disgusted, I curse a lot, sorry! :mat:

I'm hoping Tom Mesereau will be a great help to testify in Michael's favor, also hoping all the years that traitor, mother fukker spent defending Mike play against him.

I don't see how a trial can go forward and the man is dead... Mesereau will eat Wade's ass alive.. anyhow there is still Wade's under oath testimony and videos of him praising MJ before, during and after death. The MJ estate will fight his ass tooth and nail.. Brother Jermaine will probably be useful in this too, since he helped Jermaine write his book after MJ's death.. Wade will lose..

He is accusing Michael of a felony the judge has to set dates. If you thought he was going to throw everything out today you were mistaken.

P.s. Well, he doesn't "have" to set dates. It's a creditors claim, not a criminal prosecution. If it doesn't fit the criteria he COULD'VE thrown it out. But alas, he's going to let "didn't know there was an estate, blah, blah" go right ahead, opening the door for anyone to suddenly "discover" Michael did something to them, and that there's an estate. I guess this doesn't bode well for the civil case either, whenever the hearing will be. Grrrrrrrr! Nothing like having two(?) more trials about child molestation... so awful. Michael would be beyond heartbroken. He may not be here, but his CHILDREN and all of us who love him are. :(

I think it's really odd that we are first hearing about this hours after the court day has ended, and from a website called "ninemsn". What is that? Is it reliable?

How come TMZ or some other American news agency isn't picking up on this story at all? It's weird.

How can we confirm if the judge really ruled in Wade's favor today? I just did a google search and nothing is coming up other than this above link.

We don't even get out this fukkery lawsuit when we're entering into another. Will there ever be a time when crooks and leeches let Michael's children and all of us enjoy and love his beautiful legacy as a human being and artist without any damn stain on it? It's not a sacrifice standing for Michael at all but there's a time many people think enough is enough! Unbelievable even after his passing he has to endure public humiliation and defamation from almost all the people who got to know him, it's disgustingly unfair! :boohoo:

This AEG suit is nothing (damage-wise) as compared to the salacious crap that will come into play if this Wade things ends up going to court.

If this ends up happening, I may just cut myself off from following any of it... and just avoid the whole thing, including the internet, and fan websites.

I thought the same thing. I clicked around and it appears to be a real news site. I would be more than willing to wake back up in a few hours to find this was an evil lie and the case was actually tossed out!

EDIT: Googled "nine msn"... many pages, FB, twitter breaking news alerts, etc. SEEMS legit as an Australian news site. But if so, verrry weird TMZ or Radar hasn't jumped on the story, right. Just focused on AEG today or something?

I do think it's REALLY odd that TMZ isn't right on this sh*t. They would be the first ones to report something like this, and not a peep out of them (so far). It's weird.

If this does go to trial, which I hope to God it doesn't, Wade is gonna get his a** shown for what it is. Then he says those 'FBI files' are real..now that..that just proved how stupid he was. Transcripts with interviews with non existent people are not FBI files..ugh. And then his father killed himself over what MJ 'did', eh? I thought he told his family last year? It's ironic his father killed himself 11 years in advance.. He needs to quit with the ****ery (excuse the French) and tell the truth.

May 08, 2013: Wade Robson and his mother support Michael Jackson against child abuse allegations during a 1993 interview.

Australian choreographer Wade Robson's pursuit of a slice of late pop star Michael Jackson's estate will go to trial in Los Angeles next year.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff, at a hearing in downtown LA on Friday, set a June 2 trial.

Brisbane-born Robson, 31, who as a five-year-old dance prodigy was befriended by Jackson, was a star witness at the King of Pop's 2005 molestation trial in California.
Robson vehemently denied under oath Jackson had sexually abused him and was a key reason for Jackson's acquittal, but earlier this year Robson did an about-face and claimed the pop star was a sexual predator who brainwashed him.
Robson said it wasn't until after Jackson's 2009 death and the birth of his own son that he was psychologically and emotionally able to understand that Jackson had sexually abused him.
Robson filed a late claim in a Los Angeles court against the dead singer's estate, which is reportedly worth as much as $US1.5 billion ($A1.61 billion).

A lawyer for Jackson's estate, Howard Weitzman, has labelled Robson's delayed allegations as "outrageous and pathetic".
However, Robson's lawyer, Henry Gradstein, said his client was so traumatised he could no longer dance, sing or write songs.
Robson had built a career as one of the world's top choreographers, partnering with Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears and winning an Emmy Award for his work on the US version of TV competition So You Think You Can Dance.
He also co-wrote hit songs for 'NSync and Backstreet Boys.

How long can it last?
When is the decision on the Wade's lawsuit against the Estate and MJ companies (whether that one go to trial)?
Does the green light on the claim raise the chances of the lawsuit to go to trial?
Will it be the same judge?
