Did MJ Find Love In The Dark (continued)

Hard to know sometimes, what is mysterious, and what is not?

Carry on. . . . . . .

Vic

Now that I come to think about it, do you ever take those kind of crash downs - that the site has had a few time - as any sort of warning..? Would it make you question things... maybe a stupid question...

I love the lyrics of Dangerous, they are so amazing...

I love the song too.

This is what we were chanting/singing to Michael in Munich under his hotel window in 1999.  I always CRACKED UP when we came to the part "and don't you pretend we didn't talk on the phone"...for some reason I always found that part so funny! :lmao: :lmao: (Maybe because we had never even met him, so that's why it was so funny...:hysterical:).

Really we did.. I don't remember lol..

But that's funny.. and you saved the paper.. :clapping:

Now I have that song stuck in my head  LOL.....as well as "Can't you see that I'm in loooovvveeeee, I'm in looovveeee" :girl_sigh:

A sign? Of what? What do YOU think?

carry on,

Vic

I have my "universe" sign thoughts in my previous post but this is what else I think about signs or reasons for things happening.....

I feel that sometimes in life we are suppose to see, hear, read, feel, share, express our thoughts and go through certain situations as part of our growing process. Something can happen in an instant and then it's over and done with, yet what impact did it or did it not have on our life. What we absorb hopefully helps us to understand and appreciate life a little better. Maybe the posts that vanished served their purpose to whomever read or posted them? Were they words, feelings, and/or emotions that needed to be expressed by someone or needed to be heard by another? I dunno what each person takes away from here. I can speak for myself that this is definitely an interesting thread for me at times, I enjoy reading other peoples thoughts and also the fact that this thread challenges not only my mind but sometimes my emotions. What we lost are words but not the memories. I'm just happy that I went through each experience. :)

I think what you said in your previous post is wonderful and so true.....

"The text is gone, and what we have of the dreams is only what we REMEMBER".

"la vita e solamente un sogno" :girl_in_love:...(Life is but a dream) :)

Now that I come to think about it, do you ever take those kind of crash downs - that the site has had a few time - as any sort of warning..? Would it make you question things... maybe a stupid question...

Not a stupid question. Often if I've posted something. . unwise . . my computer . . . or something . . . . won't let the post go through. I pause and think, maybe I shouldn't have said that? And . . . . I didn't. Basically, in his little island that is MJJC in the larger world, we've lost .. . four days. . into the past. Today is still today, but everything we said here, every thread started. . . is gone, as though it never happened.

Carry on,

Vic

To illustrate this discussion. Michael is dangerous:

That has happened for me too!! Some people would just think, that it's the computer.. but those of us, who are a bit into signs, know that it's not.. lol

Very interesting.. hmm

Michael is very hot. :wild:

I agree... again.. lol

talking about the song dangerous, have you seen the hottest clip from the MTV video Music Awards, where he goes around, and says something like.. "some people like to take each day as it comes.. bla bla" And then when he says "and for those of you who like living dangerously this one is for you"

ARGHH that is just one of the best moments.. ever.. the hottest...

I remember that!
"best moments.. ever.. the hottest..." - Wow!! :wild:

:wild::wub:

Michael is sooooo amazing. I think he did not know the size of his power. He was always shy. The innocence made him even more sexy. The way you talk, look, smile, dance, sing... everything in it is absolutely sexy. Michael, goes far beyond being a handsome man. Beyond the "gold pants" and far beyond the "trombone". (I had to say it!) Lol! What's inside is much bigger than all these things together.

I just love everything about him. Michael has always been a giant in everything in life. He is incredible as an artist (for me it will always be a genius), a human being and as a man with an incredible inner strength. I love this man more and more. I am very proud of Michael was part of my childhood and adolescence (he will always be a part of my life) and especially to be a fan of his.

You can enlarge a love so much over time? Does this only happen to me? lol! :wild:

No matter! My love for this amazing man will increase even more. I'm sooooo proud of him...

*Tha, keep calm. lol! I know that Michael takes all our concentration with such beauty. :wild:

So, apparently the space-time continuum suffered a tiny 'glitch' round MJJC now, didn't it?

I'm sorry about the whole issue, because I saw even the thread with quotes from Michael is no longer here. I was sooo pleased to read his, how should I put this... firm conviction that the whole concept of karma is ludicrous? His stance on creationism was equally on point and so beautifully argumented. The man also knew his History, but then again, I ain't surprised one bit.

I also loved one of the comments in there about the futility of nationalism. Like the person who wrote, I too see no sense in finding a particular amount of pride for belonging/being born in a certain country. I am, first and foremost, a citizen of the world.

Yesterday I took part in a meeting where there was a sign with one of Europe's mottos 'unity in diversity'. I'd say that applies to the entire globe - we are all united in one human family, but that unity is of course so beautifully manifested in the colorful diversity of cultural and religious expressions. I love the specificity of cultures (right now I'm enjoying an amazing Korean series), especially when it manifests in different forms the unversality of values such as dignity, courage and love.

And now.... from the strange and weird fact file - am I crazy or do the lyrics to 'Cheater' point to an employment/business relationship gone sour/the lack of honesty on part of Michael's business partners rather than a personal story, as the title would suggest? On second thought, yall better leave out the crazy point, it was a rhetorical question. I'm asking because I see the vid (the wonderful collage made by MTV Base) almost every day and up until today I hadn't realize it. This morning I think I played the song about 7 times in a roll when I arrived at the office, I think i'm addicted LOL.

Earlier, as I was searching for videos of Cheater on you tube I also found the original, longer version; I love it even more because of the extended notes and ad-libs at the end. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oKnCtB4Guyk&feature=related

To my surprise I also found another marvel. I seem to 'recall' in a foggy kinda way some stuff about lil and big Mike and today I found the 1992 pepsi commercial featuring both of them in a wonderful rendition of "I'll be there". It is emotional, so please be adviced, access the link at your own safety http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUl4PRwtA3c&NR=1 It is kinda funny though to think that Michael hated pepsi, it confirmed a long held suspicion of mine. Coke is better anyhow, even though they both are harmful to the body if consumed in excessive amounts. It doesn't matter though, because the commercial is beautiful.

I don't know about y'all, but for me Monday cannot roll soon enough so we can all enjoy 'This is it', the song. I still remember the wonderful feeling last year when at the end of June we got to hear, albeit in not the most appropriate of circumstances coughleakcough, Hold my hand. It was soooo beautiful and comforting to hear his clear, wonderful voice again after so many years. If I ain't mistaken the start of this thread is a bit related in timing with that, isn't it? And who would have thought back then that it would reach over 400 pages. I guess it is the little thread that could. I wonder how high the mountain is and how steep the climb.

P.S. Great pics there ash and tha, so generous of you to share, thx.

I wanted to include everyone with a beautiful landscape. Then the pictures of Michael will always be perfect for this occasion. lol! Michael is a collyrium to our eyes.

So true!!

I love you so much Michael...

Another beautiful picture of our dear Michael:

It's just why I love him so much. I love those eyes! They are sweet and sincere...

Wow, Ashtanga, I echo your words! What Michael makes us feel is out of any pattern, impossible to be explained. Just understand the ones feels the same!
When I was a child, playing the wife of Michael and that my dolls were our daughters! In my teens, I dreamed aloud with him at all times. His songs are part of the soundtrack of my life! Every moment was marked by a song of him! And today, in my adult life, I still love him, much more than yesterday and much less than tomorrow! I'm still loving him, praying for him and his happiness. Now, this love is more mature, a love without pretense, a altruístic love! And I know that love will live tomorrow and then no matter what happens, no matter the time that passes, I will always be in love with him!
(wow. ... this was a moment "said that I hear you")

Ash, sometimes is impossible to keep calm! :)

Michael will be an eternal love for his fans worldwide. We always will love more and more.:wub::wub:

Hey, one more picture to take away your concentration. :wild: The look of Michael.

Feel the energy of that look... :wild:

Thank you for understanding. Is the glass half-empty, or half-full? It was a nightmare! Or, a gentle demonstration/sign? This is a thread about love, and magic, and miracles.

Continue. . . .

Good post queen_g :) good 2 c u

Thanks Vic for explaining things. These guys really did some work to get us back up and running.

Its interesting that some very deep posts disappeared, I learned things I never knew and would like to read again *cough*MP*Shabuya*cough* unique and interesting stuff ..

Light shows itself amid and within darkness in the outer world, the lyrics say "someone in the dark", not someone who the darkness is within ... the Dangerous girl's darkness was within herself

Lyrics

When someone in the dark reaches out to you
And touches off a spark that comes shining through
It tells you never be afraid

Then somewhere in your heart you can feel the glow
A light to keep you warm when the night winds blow
Like it was written in the stars I knew
My friend, my "someone in the dark" was you

:wild::clapping:
Wow! You were perfect now! It is a beautiful song that is very optimistic and inspiring. This song is perfect...:cheeky:

One more song that I love:

Stomp! - Kirk Franklin

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_AdYnFY_bZ0

[Kirk]: For those of you that think gospel music has gone to far.
You think we got to radical for Christ.
Well I got news for you, you is not heard nothin yet,
and if you do not know now you know. Glory, Glory!

[Part1:] Lately I've been going through some things that really got me down.
I need someone somebody to come and help me turn my life around.
I can not explain, I can not obtain it. Jesus your love is so, it's so amazing.
It gets me high up to the sky, and when I think about your goodness it makes me want to stomp.
Makes me clap my hands. Makes me want to dance and stomp.
My brother can not you see I got the victory. STOMP!

[repeat part 1]

[Salt [rap]]: When I think about the goodness and fullness of God,
makes me thankful pity the hateful I'm grateful.
The Lord brought me through this far,
trying to be cute when I praise him raise him high.
I keep the live beat bumping. Keep it jumping make the Lord feel something.
Is not no shame in my game God's Property. Kickin 'it wit Kirk is not no stoppin' me. UH stomp

[Kirk:] GP are you wit me?
[GP:] oh yeah we having church we is not going nowhere.
[repeat 3 times]

[pt2:] stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp

I promise the stomp, the whole stomp, nothin but the stomp

[Kirk:] It is not over. It is not over

[repeat part 2 until fades.]

:)

:woohoo:

Wow I love that song by Kirk Franklin
I also associate Michael with that song
I made this vid last year and just re-uploaded it in august

Michael Jackson takes us to church _ STOMP :)
