^ when will that rabbi stop!
More info/discussion about the tapes on Larry King Live Tuesday night at 9:00 pm
I agree. Mike was keepin it real, just being Mike. We all speak on how we feel more directly and honestly when we're not at work or in public. In the book, he said paraphasing here she told him what they were and were not going to do or go. She wanted to remake him. She was too sexually agressive. She would be mean to his fans if they wanted an autograph even if the fans were children. She would tell them to go away. She would call him up at and she would say that she is putting her fingers between he legs. He would say Madonna PLEASE. She would say I want you to rub yourself and think of me. When he would see her again she would say this is the finger I used last night. She would show him books of women in bondage. He just did not like that. He was a romantic. He felt there should be some mystery in a relationship and marriage. So it doesn't get boring. He felt couples shouldn't spend every moment together so you can miss one another. He also thought a relationship should be innocent and not do everything and anything with your bodies. He does contradict himself somewhat. We all do don't we.
He was HUMAN HUMAN HUMAN. I am still a fan.
Thank you for posting the excerpts ensleyave!!! The bolded part made my day cuz I'm exactly that kind of girl he likes:wild: Wow, I never imagined I would know he had described his type the way I describe myself as a woman, WOW!!! Hard to calm myself down!!!:wild:MJ: she (Madonna) did a lot of crazy things and that's how that went. I knew we had nothing in common. But I am pretty sure that having a baby has to change you. I don't know how much she has changed. I'm sure she is a better person than before. Paraphrasing She is not sexy at all. I think sexy comes from the heart in the way you present yourself.
S Boteach: Have you ever found women who are a bit more modest to be more attractive for that reason?
MJ: Yeah. I don't like womenwho are always saying, "My nails need to be done. I have to do my toes. I need a manicure." I hate all that. I lke it whe girls are a little bit more tomboyish. IF they wrestle, climb a tree..... I love that. It is sexier to me. I like class, though. Class is everything.
There is nothing wrong with what Michael says at all so who cares if they show these tapes
Message from Michael to his fans:
Because Michael never authorized their release. If he did, no documentation for that was ever given. If Michael authorized this, why did not Boteach release all this before Michael died? He's NO friend of Michael's and it's an issue of respect. IMHO, Boteach has a history of ripping Michael off and betraying him (Heal the Kids Foundation). Michael cut him out of his life, totally, and not the other way around.
These tapes appear to be from private "counseling sessions." As a supposedly "religious" man, Boteach's responsibility was to maintain privacy about the revelations of such private thoughts, in any setting. This very much smacks of Bashir, and falls into the same category of betrayal. I very much doubt any of the profits will find their ways to any charity. I'm hoping NO ONE here buys his book, but that is a matter of personal choice. . . . .
Why'd they use Tussaud's wax figure on the cover?is this the book you all talking about

I kinda feel sorry for Lisa because Michael was so hard-hearted against her, but then I don't blame him, burned once, who wants to try again? If only Michael was more forgiving. It seems like once you betrayed him, that was it, no one-two-three times you're out. Just once is all! 8^O I would like to hear Lisa's side of the story. It seems these two souls were kinda meant for each other, but just couldn't get it right. They couldn't get each other out of their systems, as evidenced by their songs years later, battling it out via song, lol. At least a couple of Michael's songs were more romantic in regards to Lisa, not so hers. I wonder how it made Michael feel when Lisa had her twins last October & they (along with her husband Michael Lockwood) were featured on the front cover of PEOPLE magazine... *proverbial nail in the coffin, or so it seems to me*
Last note, I agree with the poster that stated Michael's fantasy of Princess Diana was perfect for him, as she could always remain on a pedestal ~ the perfect partner/companion ~ that he could not have, thus her perfection. It takes a heck of a lot more to be in a real relationship, with all its ups & downs.
ps: I'm not surprised that he loved women that were both ladies (like his mother & sisters Latoya & Rebbie) & tomboys like his sister Janet. He was the perfect gentleman, always, he deserved someone like himself (i.e. a true lady in every sense of the word). If only he had married Princess Diana back in 1981 ~ both pure ~ both perfect & old-fashioned, the BEST! Bravo, Michael, Bravo, I love & agree with your choice of women.
I actually enjoyed reading excerpts from the book, listening to Michael's actual voice on youtube, and I plan on buying the book at a discounted price (right now the only book I paid full price for is the OPUS).
Since I've also been a lifelong fan of Lisa Marie Presley since 1977, I especially enjoyed the parts about her & Michael, and also Madonna. I grew up with these people, thus my interest. There's nothing in the tapes that make me love Michael less, nor change my opinion about Madonna, it was more a validation. Madonna has grown up, paid honor to Michael at the MTV Awards, I feel sorry for her loss, obviously she was in love with Michael (as I'm sure many women were) & was jealous when he chose LMP instead of her, thus her catty comments at the time.
What was a bit of a revelation for me was the part about LMP. I mean I knew she didn't want to have Michael's kids (btw I'm positive now she feels regret, guilt about this; she should have never listened to her mother, ex-husband, and all those that did their best to tear them apart). But I didn't realize that Michael rejected her attempts to get back together & have his kids! *light bulb goes on*. Yes, I saw that even after the divorce they remained friends & she was seen kissing him at her 30th birthday party, she accompanied him & his mother to Africa, took her kids with her on tour with him, et al. But I didn't know that she wrote him love letters, saying she would have his kids, basically begging him to get back together with her. WOW!!!!
Now I see why all her songs have so much bitterness toward Michael, especially her first CD "To Whom It May Concern". I always knew the first song "S.O.B" was about Michael, but not until after his death did I realize "INDIFFERENT" was also about him. Btw, FYI, as a lifelong LMP fan I'm pretty sure I know whom each song is about off her first album:
1.) S.O.B. = Michael Jackson (her relationship with him, how she lost her trust in him, how he said she was something she was not e.g. Princess of Rock, et al)
2.) The Road Between = Danny Keough (her first husband, their tumultuous relationship)
3.) Lights Out = her childhood at Graceland; realization that when she dies she'll be buried in the backyard
4.) Better Beware = Michael Jackson? (seems like, especially now, btw another favorite of mine)
5.) Nobody Noticed It = her father Elvis (my personal favorite; could apply to Michael here as well)
6.) Sinking In = Danny Keough (her first husband, their tumultuous relationship)
7.) Important = herself (her demons, her self-absorption, et al)
8.) So Lovely = her children Ben & Riley, how they saved her, her love for them
9.) Indifferent = Michael Jackson (her trying to be indifferent, but can't remain so because she knows the outcome, that is his death)
10.) Gone = Nicolas Cage (her 3rd husband, obvious since she used to call him "daddy")
11.) To Whom It May Concern = her outcry against the injustice of drugging kids/putting them on medication in school (another favorite of mine)

I cannot believe any MJ fan would line this fake Rabbi, this thief's pocket. If I see his book anywhere, I will walk right past it. I am disgusted by him.
