Most of Michael's charitable monetary gifts went towards children. In particular, I think, orphanages. Michael realiized how important the human touch is. The moment a baby is born all it wants is its mother's touch, the bonding, skin on skin. This is why Michael didn't have a problem with sharing his bed, because children crave the human touch. It is also why children are vulnerable, as prey, to those who are child molesters. These monsters take advantage of the innocence of children and why Michael said he wasn't like that. You know that no fan and no Youtube-Uploader own the copyrights on any MJ matirial, right?

I'm not an expert...but when Artikel 13 comes it will get very hard in general for everyone to upload and share matirial on platforms publically for which they don't own the copyrights for.
Cause with this law the rightowners of any matirial get the right to sue the platform directly (like Youtube, Instergram, twitter, facebook, forums) when someone share or upload there this "forbidden" matirial.
The platform maybe will then afterwards try to sue the "offender" to get the money back they lost.
It is difficult for me to imagine how platforms like facebook, instergram, twitter and others will react when this law comes.
Maybe they will instal expensive uploadfilter like youtube have done this but we know that no uplaoadfilter is good enough to reconize everything.
For youtube itself the reaction can be very awful cause they simly have not the time, the capacity, the delight and the money to fight multible lawsuits with rightowner and their users where they often can't find out who the person behind the nickname is.
So they must make it as sure as possible that noone uploads matirial on youtube for which they don't have the copyrights for.
One possibilty can be that they close every "small" channel with under 250 000 subscribers and make special contracts with all bigger channels which have the money to pay copyrights liceances and promise Youtube that they don't upload matirial where they don't have the rights for.
Another idea could be that every video uploader must themself register with their passport that YouTube gets always the possibility to sue the user when Youtube gets trouble for his upload matirial.

How ever the situation wil be when this law comes you can imagine that Michael Jackson Videouploads on Youtube will get very rare besides the tabloidstuff cause to make an upload without the licence will be very risky or impossible.

I hope that we don't lost all the beautiful MJ staff which people already uploaded in the last 11 years.

Hey so, my younger sister in laws are MJ fans (thanks to me) and are starting to deal with questions and stuff at school. They are the ones that actually told me about the radar story..

I told them that the next time we spend time together I'll go over the details and answer questions they have so when people question them, theyll have knowledgable responces.

Any tips as to ways I could explain the details 93-present without jumping into an overly extensive lecture? Lol.. I'm sure I'm not the only one that finds themselves over explaining because of passion , getting myself in rebut holes that are on topic (but kinda not) because there are hundreds of 'mini points' while telling a story..

My ADD kicks in and I just go off sometimes..
