It's from his first complaint. He says he visited MJ in New York in 1989 after his performance at the Grammy's and gives the impression that the abuse continued there. However Michael did not perform at the 1989 Grammy's which were in Los Angelas. Michael performed at the 1988 Grammy's in New York. This was before he alleges the abuse began on the Bad Tour. There is a photo of James and his mother with Michael at an event in New York shortly after the 1988 Grammy's. Some fans think the picture is photoshopped but I don't think it is. I can't remember if Safechuck mentions New York in LN but he doesn't mention the Grammy's.

Does anybody know of any of the Robson's perhaps posting any photos from the grand canyon trip anywhere on the internet before Wade made his claims? Would there be a way to get a visitors log from the grand canyon (if such a thing even exists)? This was almost 30 years ago so that may be along shot, but perhaps worth a try.

The lawsuit is against HBO. Yes hey will prob show things like that to show disparagement (sp) but the info also needs to be out there in the public domain ala smallcombe.

So he prob just got the year mixed up rather than it been a blatent lie like the train?

The story in James lawsuit cause the estatr already debunked this story as false years ago. It was mention in the long letter they wrote to HBO after the Sundance airing.

Can we find out the exact dates when the Robsons visited Neverland during their two trips before they moved to LA and when they were at the Grand Can.
Maybe there is puplic events were Michael showed up to debunk that Wade was with MJ alone in Neverland.
We need MJ timelines from the years 88 til 1997 like we have it from the chandler and aviso case.

Dan's new spin to try and explain the train station lie ("The date they have wrong is the end of the abuse.") is even worse for them.

James specifically explains that the train station sexual encounters (and all the other romps including in the outdoor pool, see-through theater rooms, arcade) had occurred EARLY ON in their "sexual relationship", which would had placed it around 1988-1989 and no later than 1990.

SAFECHUCK: "At the train station, there's a room upstairs, and we would have sex up there, too. It would happen every day. It sounds sick, but it's kind of like when you're first dating somebody, right, and you do a lot of it. (Chuckles.) So it was very much like that. At the same time the sexual relationship is growing, he's working on pushing you away from your parents, or pushing you away from everybody else, and it feels more like it's just you and him."

In James' lawsuit he says MJ was preparing him "for separation" already when he was 12 (1990) and their relationship was "on the outs".

in demand james what he says is that "after the grammy" he went to new york to spend some time with michael. it does not say that the grammy was in new york, he says after the grammy (it is not known if the next day or when) they spent time together in new york. that is, Michael could have gone to New York after the Grammy in Los Angeles. and yes, that year michael went to the grammy and won one for leave alone.

Is the Estate going to do something very soon? It has almost been a month since the documentary was broadcasted. They must do something, MJ's image is so tarnished by all this shit. You guys are lucky in the UK or US, you have newspapers that talk about the lies. Nothing here in France. It drives me mad. For two weeks there were plenty of articles about Michael being a sexual predator. And now that we have many concrete proofs showing that we can't believe everything the accusers say, they don't talk about it. This is so frustrating.
 
Keep sending them articles.send them to the journos that ripped reed about in the programe afterwards. No one did that in the usa or uk. He was given a free press

Since Joy testified in 1993 at the Grand Jury, I'd think that her testimony then would be correct.

Robson wrote to his mother to ask lots of questions when both were writing books. I think either Joy 'mis-remembered' and sent Robson the wrong info about the Grand Canyon, or they are together in this, both making up stories that fit. I think Wade is the 'stronger' character in this, and is manipulative of everyone around him (including his mother.) I wouldn't be surprised if Robson had a story that he wanted to tell (he was MJ's 'chosen one' and was 'abused immediately) and has persuaded his mother to fall in with his story, either forgetting or not realising that she has already testified to the contrary.

Since every story of 'abuse' is a lie, I'm not surprised that none of them can get their stories straight and keep them consistent.

I can't speak for anyone other than myself, but 'tired and angry' would fit. Tired of all the stupidity of media and people who are presented with evidence and don't even look at it, tired of R,S and Reed's lies, angry that world media would rather broadcast lies than the truth.

Glad that there is a fan community that works together to expose the lies and spread the truth.
 
For me, the biggest lie of Safeshuck isn't about the train station. But about his lie when he said he didn't want to testify in 2005. Scott Ross said he wasn't concerned.
Why medias and tabloids didn't focus on that point.

It says after Michael performed at the Grammy's. He's clearly messed up what year that took place. It appears Safechuck was in New York in 1988 after the Grammy's. That it is the year he is talking about. And no Michael was not at the 1989 Grammy's.

Yes he said the abuse started in June 1988 in Paris.
If he's wrong, then the alleged abuse started in March 1988 !

Yes the Grammy's were March 2nd and he performed at MSG on the 3rd, 5th and 6th.

The event Safechuck and his mother were pictured with Michael at was the 1988 United Negro College Fund. This apparently was the 18th of March, but he also was performing in Indianapolis that night so I'm not sure on the details of that.

To add on to that, he is saying that he flew up to New York alone to spend time with Michael. His mother is pictured with him in the March 18th photo.

Do we know if Michael was in New York at all in 1989? All of the award show appearances of that year seemed to happen in California.

As far as I understand it James dated the New york story clarly after the bad tour has ended in 1989 and after the abuse had startet in paris in summer 1988 when he joined the bad tour.

The story is definitly compleatly debunked as false like the train story thats the reason why they didn't use it in LN.

I don't know why many people didn't get that and let the haters and influencers out there manipulate them.

There a big wordwide hateful media conspiricy against the black king who was so different to anybody else since the 80ies.
The media don't care anymore since decades about the truth, they care about what brings them good ratings and the most money.

The mother is compleatly into this.
She created it togther with wade.
It was her plan B when Wades career failed she talked about in the 2011 interview.
