i belive in Jesuse 100000% I belive that he make things happen for a reson but i know also that if we pray with all our hearts and soule that he listen to those prays itsn ot only going to church every sunday

The Lord listens to our prayers whether we go to church or not. He is everywhere. I believe if I am even in my bathroom, that he hears me. :)

I hope he does too, but if he doesn't answer you, it's because he has a bigger plan for your life. Believe me when I say that.

I'm having some troubles listening again, coming to conclusions too quickly, and that sort of thing. I've been praying almost nonstop about it. I'm trying to get some guidance from my peers on this matter as well. :(

Well Christmas is coming soon. Are you all ready? I've been done with my shopping. I sent my packages out yesterday. I have to send some cards out. Last I have to decorate but we don't put much out as we have three cats and we don't want anything destroyed.

Not done with my shopping -- excursions will continue when I go home next week! Hopefully I can help get the tree up this weekend, if we have time -- my brother and his girlfriend are in a Christmas show at their university, and on Sunday, my church choir is performing a Christmas cantata and I have a solo. I'm excited about it!!! :D
I also have some family coming up from Georgia/Florida (hahahaha, it's COLD up here!!) this weekend to see a neighbor of theirs who's on the Denver Broncos play the Indianapolis Colts at our stadium. It'll be nice to see them!!

Finals are next week, and then I get to go HOME next Thursday!!! :D :D

Jesus Christ is a historical person, he really existed, so everyone, not only Christians have to believe he was alive:) BTW I am Catholic and I do believe in God :)

I am done with my shopping now for those in my family. Got my cards out too. Now all I have to do, is go pick me out a pair of Vans to be from my husband. I will do that next week.

Jesus is the REASON for the Season!!!

I am having a faith crisis right now...I just started crying. I have no clue what's going on or why this happened. I might have an idea. It's probably my patience issue and the fact that I'm angry at Him and want it now. I'm just not getting any answers on why. :(
I immediately called my mom and she told me to start praying through the Psalms, and see if that helps.
I'll keep you all posted.

I'm going home for the weekend! I'm officially DONE with my classes for the semester! Now all I've got is my finals.
I read through to Psalm 18, and I found that Psalm 4 and Psalm 6 seemed to be speaking to me (so far). Not done yet! Still keeping you all posted.

It's weekend! :)

Oh yeah. It was Friday yesterday and I wanna tell you guys about one thing that happened.

I just came from church because we had practise for Christmas play. Then I was in the center of our city and then two pretty old guys (maybe 40-50) came to me and they started to talk Finnish in the beginning.

"Do you believe in God?" (In Finnish of course)
Then I answered: "Yes." (In Finnish still"
"Do you speak English?" (In Finnish)
"Yes" (In English)

And then we started talking in English. Pretty weird, I gotta admit. I don't usually need English outside internet and I've never been asked do I believe in God.

"Do you believe in God?"
"Yes, I believe."
"Do you believe in his son Jesus?"
"Yes, I believe in Jesus."
"Do you go to church, pray and read bible regularly?"
"Yeah."
"That's good. That's really good. You know, God is your father, he created you. He created everything. You must be thankful for the job he has done."

Then they gave me two papers with few extracts from bible and things that happened 2000 years ago.

"God bless you."
"God bless you too."

And then they gone somewhere. I visited shop buying some drinking and then went back to youth's evening (I don't know is that even right word for that) but I didn't see those guys anywhere. They gone somewhere. Oh well.

To bad it was this year's last youth's evening. I've always had such great time there. Oh well, next year again. :)

Well this is my last Christmas. My beliefs in Christmas have changed dramatically this year. I'm still a follower of Jesus though. Don't panic :)

Sorry when I read this I just had to giggle.

Singing in the shower???? I don't think he really wants to listen to other if you catch my drift hehe

I'm having a great time at home -- haven't studied for finals any yet though! :lol:

I read some more Psalms before I went to bed last night and another one kinda spoke to me but I can't remember which one it was. Still working!

I'll celebrate it but not for religious reasons.
My old church wanted me to be a angel in their play. I didn't want to be. So for a week I prayed really hard & what happened mum & I arrived a lil late & the angel role was passed on.
Just been studying my bible a lot this year & my views on Christmas have changed.
It's hard cause the churches I attend/in contact with all celebrate Christmas for religion. Only church that shares my view kind of is Mormon but I don't believe in all their ways. Tra la la la.
Think I might make my own denomination lol.
