In a recent song titled Ice Cream by Blackpink and Selena Gomez, there is a line "In the jeans like Billie, you be poppin' like a wheelie." This is an obvious reference to Billie Jean.

After a rather hectic day, I came home to find a most exhilarating surprise on Twitter - quite possibly THE most timely ReTweet ever, courtesy of none other than...................that romantic fool of Jack Dorsey. Lately, he has become quite the revelation - in between his back & forth with House Republicans (which was also mighty, mighty interesting, mind y'all), his choice of memes and his overall attitudine, he's becoming a most welcome addition to it all, albeit partially expected 😄

There are soooo many hidden treasures in it all, it's actualy hard to keep track - from numbers and dates to names, from song titles to song lyrics, from the magic of Michael's beatboxing in the studio to the magic of his fingers on film, it was all incredibly exciting to (re)discover. I even learnt a new word - intrapolation 🤓

The musical connections made were awesome, but I gotta say - with utter and assumed subjectivity - Michael took people's grooves and sounds and made them so much cooler, through his sheer brilliance and magic. Or, as someone in the comments, phrased it ever so eloquently......when Mike sampled it......it was his 4eva 😁Yeah, even the comments were not just hilarious, but most propitious also 😸



This time around, it's realy worth sayin'..........thank you, jack. Thank you very much! 🙏

Maxwell is a soul singer. Don't know much about him. Decent voice but too smooth for me.
