I just don't know what to say, I want so hard for this to be 100% Michael's vocals, but I just can't feel it. From the opening verse I just thought to myself, "This sounds like Malachi". I don't know, it's possible the raw demo was altered, like in 2000 Watts, but I don't know, I'm almost speechless. :no:

Seeing Teddy Riley's tweets tonight I tend to think that Sony will pull a rabbit out of their hats. This will either be the biggest publicity stunt to gather attention to the new album or they'll prove it somehow.
Personally I like the music and torn about the vocals - some sound like Michael some don't. But I'm not sure it might be due to it being an unfinished track and it was worked on and some supporting vocals (back vocals etc) are added on to the demo.

I hope Gaz could send an official complaint to Sony on behalf of the community. Boy, I don't know what to do now. Does this mean that even the real MJ songs (there must be some) that have unfinished vocals have been finished using this sound-alike?

Some of the woooo's sound like him but that is not Michael's voice. I apologize for ever doubting the Jackson's. I really never thought Sony would go this low, but they did.

What if this has kinda idea.. You know, if this won't be on the album at all, but it is a song written by Michael. Like a demo of Michael. I just don't understand why Michael would write lyrics like that..probably they have been written by someone else now..? Singing about himself "3rd person" like that is extremely weird.

the fact that our initial reaction was "thats Jason Malachi" probably means its Jason. Teddy rocked the beat tho. Great song for Teddy.

WOW! I finally got in here it was busy ofcourse! I was pumped up listening to the beat and then...
The second I heard the voice I knew it was not him! Who ever is singing lead don't sound like MJ! MJ is in there somewhere cause some parts do sound like him but, no not the whole song! I AM PISSED OFF! Even got emotional! *SIGH*

It seems they took a song with a little bit of Michael and added a lot of someone else. 1000 Watts to me sounds like Michael even though the voice is deeper. I want some clear answers about this album. If sony wants this album to be #1 they better rethink what they doing. For the first album there should be enough finished songs to use. I expect songs mixed with others in later years as the inventory of songs becomes depleted, but right now no. I want Michael only. Is it too much to ask?

I mean, the lyrics are third-person, which Michael has never really done, which makes me wonder whether it is what has already been suggested...a very clever marketing stunt.
