did some research again and could not find the original source (only what i got from this bored yesterday).

it's this quote from his fb: unfortunately his fb is not open to the public...

I sat in a session where we solo'd the vocals and it was just someone set up to sound like him and the only parts that really sounded like him were samples from older records of his. There was nothing that was consistent with any of his pre...vious recordings as far as vocal control or just plain habits. Last but not least when we asked if there were any out takes or alternate tracks they said that they were erased because they needed to make room on the hard drive!!! Who does that??? Tell me who would erase anything with Michael Jackson's voice? It is sad!!

..the only thing that sticks in my head now regarding that song, is the '...because i'm MICHAEL JACKSON'..or whatever the lyrics are....This imposter saying he's Michael Jackson....very disturbing :bugeyed

Its funny how 'Do you know where your children are' is stuck in my head and I cant get it out, after only hearing a 20 second snippet.

Where as I struggle to remember how Breaking News actually goes........

Just a question to all: did we hear anything OFFICIAL yet? Official confirmation that Cascio tracks are being removed from the album? Official anything? cause all I see everywhere is 'insider' info.

That's how I feel too, exactly my thoughts.
Maybe this is Sony's previous information that they have so many full unfinished songs with full vocal tracks backfiring at them now?
maybe this is the only quality we can expect? but yes, I'd like for someone to actually STATE it.

So true! "Do you know where your children are" was being repeated all day long in my memory yesterday :yes:

If there was no 'baggage' with this song, 99% of MJ fans would be singing this tune all day long.

Daniel, I completely get what you're saying. I too believe that none of the vocals are real. I believe Michael had no hand in writing this song, music or lyrics, and that someone decided to make a typical-sounding anti-media up-beat MJ song with a lame attempt at impersonating MJ's attitude.

It's annoying because Michael really did feel hurt by the media and did write meaningful lyrics regarding this subject in his own songs. 'Breaking News' just rides on that wave, except with stupid lyrics and a beat that rips off every Tabloid Junkie and Xscape that MJ recorded.
