Every single time one of you says its MJ on this track. Your insulting Michael Jackson.

Like seriously, i'm not being irrational. But for you to think this is MJ on this track is an insult to him.

Michael had one of the most unique and the most diverse voice in the history of music, i'd spot that voice anywhere.

At the most, I hear glimpses of him on this song. But the majority sounds like Malachi to me.

Everytime one of you says its Michael, I just think jeez.......thats a bit of an insult to Michael.

I am SO hoping that post from m26uk is true. If that is true, I will keep my pre-order of the album in-tact.

Provided Sony release a statement regarding the song and what happened, I will hold no hard feelings for them if it was a genuine mistake and all is resolved.

Some people here attack the fans who believe it's Michael on the BN Track. You say it is an insult to MJ to believe it was him. BUT what if it IS Michael. Some of you choose the worst choice of words to comment on this song. What do you think MJ would feel like if he would read this?

That is a bit harsh. People are entitled to their opinion at the end of the day.What IF it was proven it was Michael? The reason it sounded so unlike him was because of the production etc? It's not like people are deliberately trying to insult him or anything because their opinion differs from yours.

Anyway, hopefully the news of the pulled tracks is true so at least we can finally look forward to some new music.

Definitely not him.

Michael to me, sounds like an angel. I don't know what an angel sounds like, but Michael Jackson's voice is the closest I've got to that sound.

This voice, sounds a lot like MJ, but something is missing.

It's like the 'heart' or 'soul' of the song was taken away. Something is wrong, we all know that. We can feeeeeel it.

I think he'd be happy that some of his fans were trying to snap a bit of sense into the other fans.

There is no buts......this isnt Michael on this song. If it was, we would of known it was him on the first listen.

I hear people saying 'Listen to it through headphones! Im going to listen a couple more times to see if its him! :) '

NO.

If it was him, BAM! You'd know right away. Just wait for an official statement from Sony regarding this. Then you will all see what many of us have been saying since the first listen.

It is not Michael Jackson on this song.

I have to totally agree with you on this.
And this is quite a boring song to be listening time after time.

All that said, I do not believe this is MJ only on BN and I believe each fan is entitled to his/her personal opinion on the matter.

What is really sad is that I lost the respect I had for some of the ''EXPERTS'' .

And I'm glad my heart and ears will always be capable of recognising MY IDOL, without having a collection of unreleased material or self-proclaiming me as an EXPERT.

I'm a fan...and I know MY IDOL.

I know this post will get lost in the shuffle, but I honestly believe that there are enough Invincible outtakes to make at least one 16 track album, if not more albums. Remember, 'Vince was supposed to come out back in 1999 and was pushed back MULTIPLE times before we got the final release in late 2001. So I honestly believe that Rodney Jerkins is sitting on a ton of FINISHED material - dated sounding maybe as he was the flavor of the late 90s, but finished nonetheless and maybe even timeless knowing that Michael worked on it. I want to believe the same of Teddy Riley as well, sitting on a ton of FINISHED tracks from the Dangerous sessions that we still have yet to hear.

Remember, artists, especially Michael, tend to record A LOT of tracks before narrowing it down to the final 14 to 16 songs that show up on the final release. Plus, back in the day when OTW/Thriller/Bad only had a max of 11 tracks due to time restrictions on vinyl records, I can only imagine what still hasn't been released or leaked from each of those sessions that are actually complete. It offends me that we ended up getting Breaking News out of all of the potential that should be there.

This is not about the love or hate of Sony....this is about a track being presented to the fans with obvious/blatant fake vocals...

...and we're not talking about background vocals...we are talking about the LEAD vocal track in this mix (which should be 100% Mike) that isn't the case. Whether he's true vocals have been mixed with background vocals/ harmonies is pointless... The LEAD vocal track does NOT feature Michael Jackson's vocals at ALL.

That's the issue...and that's why you have so many individuals disappointed in Sony and the estate over this matter.

loool they sampled parts of Another Part Of Me screams in this Song, this is truely not Michael in some Parts they used the real voice of him but the guy who is singing the Lyriks is definetly not michael

I would rather have 20% of MJ on a song - rather than no MJ at all.

I remember listening to Rockwell's 'Somebody's Watching Me' just to hear MJ's vocals.

I listen to some J5/Jackson's tracks just to hear Michael's vocals.

If some of you only want new songs with 100% MJ vocals, then you will get nothing at all. If you are happy with that, then fine, but I am not.

And the funny thing is that Sony are our biggest ally in trying to keep Michaels legacy alive, alright they are doing it for money like any company but there aim for Michael to be the biggest star in the world for the next ten years.

If that's the case they should tell the fans..the truth..not present a track that's supposed to be by Michael Jackson and only features his voice sporadically in background vocals and sampled signature MJ vocal adlibs (the "Aaow" and the "Hee hee") from previous recordings.

That's INTENTIONALLY misleading the fans...and what people have issue with in this situation.

Yeah but you could easily do that with say a rapper and then MJ coming in with the sung verse on his own, that would work great for all these bits and pieces they may have but nobody on earth wants to hear MJs voice mixed in with some imposters.

What? Sony has a trove of unreleased Michael Jackson songs that, believe it or not, do feature his vocals 100%. Michael recorded many songs for each album that never made it. Look at The Ultimate Collection (e.g., We've Had Enough, Beautiful Girl, Scared of the Moon), Thriller 25 (e.g., Got the Hots, For All Time)", the Bad/Thriller re-releases, etc... Even songs that were only partially finished but lacking lyrics (e.g., In the Back) were released without the need for an impostor to secretly fill in the missing vocals while pretending to be Michael, and everyone was perfectly fine with that.

I have never known ANY posthumous release by ANY artist where it was considered acceptable to hire phonies to fabricate their voice.
