yea.. that was me there is a settign u can change to have access to the smilies. it can cause issues with performance on the site or soemthing.. go to Edit options, scroll down to miscelleanous options.. whats it set at?

i had a lot of work to do
and then i got asked to go out and tbh i didn't want to but since we all had that convo tonight, i thought i should be healthy
