She won't get it. The children are Jacksons, and they're with Jacksons. They're with their grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.

They're also not going to split the youngest one up from the older two.

That's assuming any of this is true.

tht's awful that she would want to separate them from blanket .... she is clearly not seeking their best interest ... and a judge would be able to recognize that .. from the mere fact that she wants to separate them as well as she never tried to be in their lives growing up .. and prince is already 12 .....and does not know her ....at all ... she wud never get custody ...

The Debbie can get in court, but she can not have custody of children while the biological mother. Any judge will understand and realize that the best for children is to stay with Katherine and there is the will of Michael. Debbie is not to confront it. Therefore we should not worry. Debbie will not have custody of children.​

The thing is why did anyone including her think he would included her in the will. Its not like he loved her and she only had the kids for money from jump. I agree with you that michael shouldn't have mess with her. So many women would have married and loved michael and had his kids for free. I DO NOT like this woman at all. I do think the media egged her on though.

yup, its very true. well MSNBC reported it so am guessing they're not like TMZ. so yeah.

They're saying now that Debbie is furious because ppl. keep representing her and saying she didnt want the children. Her lawyer said that.


ummm Debbie, really? Did you watch ur self on a vid. documentary about not being in contact with the children and that they're Michael's children and that you have nothing to do with them?...wow, What a complete 360% turn around!-_-

This is what i was afraid of. Now Legal battle is gonna start and All before Michael's funeral. There is no respect for him anymore now? This is sick. I'm really disappointing, and disgusted by her and other accusers actions.

I haven't seen this yet, but if true I wouldn't be surprised if it was because of the will. Anyhow, don't believe she would ever have a chance. Michael's wishes are clear, and Prince is old enough to have a say. Paris is close in age too. And for the best interests of the kids, I don't see a court separating them. Makes no sense.

Paris and Prince are 11 and 12. Surely they can speak out and say who they want to stay with which would hugely influence who gets custody. Plus Michael put that he wanted Katherine to be there guardian in his will.
