Paris doesn't really know much about rock even though she likes to portray herself as a "rocker chick". When I mentioned to her weeks ago about grunge bands (Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Sonic Youth Jam ect) , she didn't even know "grunge" was rock. She replied to me saying "grunge isn't rock lol" so I replied back to her explaining that grunge WAS rock providing her with links (knowledge is power!) . Needless to say a bunch of rock fans blasted her, which I think is wrong because she's only 14.

So yeah, Paris is just going through the motions. She was obsessed with Chris Brown, now it's all about Motley Crue. It's a phase for her.

Motley Crue are concidered a has-been hair metal band from the 80's. Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and U2 ARE legendary bands. Try telling that to a stubborn 14 year old lol

I don't even think he retracted it because he felt he hurt her. He only did it because she is a 14 year old beautiful girl who is famous (she has 800k followers, he has 300k). If he'd called someone else a pedophile and their 14 year old random daughter with 10 followers said "Hey, don't say that about my dad", he would've likely continued addressing his "jokes" to that girl without caring.

He only wants PR and to befriend and hang out with someone like Paris, the way most people do. Oprah doesn't like Michael but she sure loves to spend time around people who supposedly did.

Do some people here really think Nikki's apology was sincere?

I don't know if you remember but Nikki Sixx went on and on for days on Twitter (and apparently Facebook as well) about how Michael Jackson was a sick child molesting drug addict who bleached his skin. He brought up almost everything the tabloids have ever said about Michael and encouraged his fans to try to start arguments with MJ fans who tweeted him the truth, who he then blocked. This went on for days. Then he apologizes to Paris (not Michael, not his fans) in ONE tweet and you think he has changed?

In my opinion, Nikki only apologized because he found out that Paris is a fan of Motley Crew. I don't trust him at all. I just hope he doesn't say anything else about Michael again.

As much as I believe accepting apologies is okay, I don't buy Nikki Syxx's apology at all, I still see him as a sick retarded junkie himself and saying all that BS about Michael out of jealousy. When I see his book I pretend to spit at it and flip "stone cold" at his book. I'm glad I didn't waste my $$$ and read that junkie book.

He technically didn't appologize about anything he said about Michael, he just told Paris that he was sorry her feelings were hurt (which is just a subtle snarky nonappology that someone that young would have hard time picking up on). I heard that TJ accompanied her to the concert so if her own guardians enable this questionable new friendship then there's not much we can do but wish her well and let them learn the hard way.

It's really disappointing to see her like this. I know most of her family hangs out with people who see MJ the same way, but for Paris to do so after that lame insincere apology is....

Why is it only Michael's fans and not the people closest to him that can't just turn off a switch to forget what people to did to him. I'm actually a bit mad at Paris about this, no doubt Nikki has made many of his fans MJ haters, and the stuff he said is some of the worst I've ever heard.

I think, because she looks and sounds so much more mature, it's easy to forget that Paris IS still a child. She can't be expected to have the judgment or to make decisions as an adult. A girl her age could very easily believe such an apology... not trusting people is something that comes with age and bad experiences.

Anyway, just because she met the guy after a show doesn't mean they're friends and are going to hang out regularly.

^^ I don't know, when I was 14, I was perfectly able to judge harsh, sick comments from adults...Especially made about my father or family or whatever...I'm not trying to put Paris down, but I guess her having a picture taken with Nikki Sixx makes her seem 'cool' or something...Perfectly normal teenage behaviour...But the stuff he said about Michael....Just wow....

It's not like they just said they are not fans of his music or something like that. They think he is a child molester. Does Paris really know what they have done and said about her father? I mean really? They have never said they were wrong or sorry about what they think of Michael so it makes me assume they still think that but are nice to his kids. Maybe something is wrong with me but I just couldn't be around people like that.

I'm trying to figure out this:
Let's say that the first time Paris confronted that vulture she didn't know the extent of what he said. Wouldn't she get more curious to know what his opinion about her dad was/is? I would, especially if I'm a fan, I'd like to know what he has said about my father.

And that's what keeps me thinking. Does she knows everything he has said? I read two or three comments he made and I found them repulsive, not only for the things he said about Michael, but also for the details about children. Wouldn't that be enough to realize this person has twisted feelings? I hope I'm not being harsh with him but that's how I honestly feel about anyone who tries or makes those kind of jokes about children or animals.

I don't know how much Paris knows, but imo i think she knows enough. I wish she would just admire his artistry from afar & never get close to him again. I think she's intelligent but still kind of innocent and he shouldn't be close to anything or anyone who is innocent.

Weren't KISS there that night too? She follows Gene Simmons on twitter.

I think she enjoys celebrity/fame a bit too much, to the point where she'll hang around people like this.

But people will judge Michael for this, not Nikki or Paris. They'll think, "If Paris can hang around a man who said this, maybe Michael really is a child molester." Is Paris that oblivious anyone would not think that after seeing her posing with him and retweeting him excitedly?

I wouldn't worry about Gene Simmons. Nikki Sixx has said things far worse about Michael than Gene Simmons ever has.

I agree, Nikki has said the worst things publicly out of almost anyone outside of the actual allegations themselves.

So the fact that she befriends this loser just reflects really badly on her.

^^ I'm not taking any sides here and I understand your concern for Michael & Paris.

Let's not forget that Paris' family surrounds themselves with people who had made negative claims against her father & with people who are trying to steal money from the estate, from her own inheretance. And that's acceptable in her family.

Of course you've heard about learned behavior. Even when she's 14, she has the free will to stop these twittering, she doesn't need that but she wants it. Do I think is correct, no.

Being kind of polite with someone who believes your father has done those things is one thing, being friendly imo is completely disrespectful.

Yes, she comes from a family who does it, but this time around they aren't the ones who are actively tweeting/retweeting/favoriting him on twitter and hanging out backstage at his shows with him. If she were 10 and met him somewhere because an older relative did, then I'd understand, but she's 14, she's not oblivious to what he said or what hanging out/supporting him could suggest. She was aware of herself and her choices.

I can't explain it and I can't excuse it.

I completely agree....

The thing is, and I know not every kid is like this...But if anyone so much as looks at my father wrong, or calls him a name or something, whatever, ...I get EXTREMELY overprotective....It just baffles me that she would even want to associate with someone who has said the horrific things he's said...Not just 'weird' ..but sick, twisted things that aren't true...

To me, it just seems that she's trying to be 'cool' at the expense of her father....:(....I just hope she realizes it soon...

I think people need to realize that she really isn't a young child any more...She really is old enough to know better....Other times, we praise her saying she's wise beyond her years and so mature..But at this time, we say she's still a child?

I guess the question is: How would YOU feel if someone spoke that way about your father?

Hopefully this is the end of her being around him. I get that she likes his band's music, but no need to overkill it.

If I had to guess, i'm sure Lourdes likes some of Elton John's music, but i'm pretty damn sure she would never be put it out there that she's meeting up with him and acting like every thing is okie dokie after the things he said about her mother.

I guess she knows what all what this guy said about her father means. I mean she's 14, not a small child, she probably understands what child molestation means. What I don't think she understands is maybe how serious it is when someone gets falsely accused of something like that. How much pain comments like Sixx's caused her father. I just think she emotionally does not understand it yet what Hell her father went through because of people like Sixx and does not grasp the extent of it how this allegation single handedly ruined her father's life. She probably thinks the half-hearted "apology" (which wasn't really an apology about what Sixx said about Michael) is enough to make it forget and move on.

I also think she's in her rebel teen phase and she possibly takes a rise out of it to shock people and that people don't like what she's doing and you know, just show them that "I do my own thing". Though she should not be doing it at the expense of her father. But I don't think she realizes how it looks and that it's at the expense of her father.

I hope she will get wiser when she grows up.
