(Maybe you still could tweak the sign a little & make it look a little more real, by darkening it so that it fit's the mast more...)

in my opinion as far as banning leaked material.. there is parts of me that understands and other parts of me that does not agree.. so I'm on the fence about that.
There are several songs that may never be released that the fan community would appreciate to hear!! so we block ourselves from hearing those songs?
And where do we draw the line? Do we not share any unreleased MJ footage because it may be released later? It's really tricky to find the right position for that..
I think the only thing we can do is when we know a song is planned to be released, that we block those songs and/or video footage.. Otherwise, songs that will never be released should not have the same rules about them..
Than the question goes, "how do you know what songs will be released down the road"... We don't!! So we'd go back and forth with that..
So maybe it's just best to let it up to the listener.. If they want to hear, than listen and if not.. don't!!

Exactly! It is very possible that this song will be on the next album. So you have one more previously unreleased but leaked song. So people who says if there are 5/10 leaked songs "I won't buy it" DON'T LISTEN TO THIS LEAK. Or just buy the album like everyone else.

Are albums the major money-maker for the estate anyway? Compared to the Immortal and One shows...
That's the only reason I don't see leaked songs as much of an issue. Either way, most fans will still support and buy the album even if it has previously released songs. And casual listeners picking up the album will not recognize the previously leaked tracks. There were countless comments on the Samsung commercial with Slave to The Rhythm, asking for the name of the song.

just because days in gloucestershire is extremely incomplete doesn't mean that all other song's are in this state.. it's a beautiful demo and i'm glad we get to hear it.. Michael's vocal is what's desirable about this track.. the melody is simply gorgeous.. if you don't want leaked song's on the album.. don't listen to the leaks.. this is for the hardcore fanbase.. the general public don't know of the 3/4 of leaked song's so, there's still value in them. especially in CDQ.

Many artists have several songs leaked before an album releases.. sometimes the whole album!! we just don't know about it nearly as often as it happens because we are not huge 'fans' of those artists.. yet we'd still buy the album if we like it.. but if MJ music who we are huge fans of get leaks and an album comes out some DON'T buy it..
that makes very little sense to me..
these MJ songs are not on the radio, they are simply online and we have full control of what we hear from it.. we click on the link, click on the next one, and even press play, make sure our audio is up to our liking..
So if that is the choice you make, than don't be disappointed later..
This song specifically my guess would be IF they release it, it would be updated.. It does sound like a demo to me.. Someone mention likeness to The Lost Children, the instrumental actually reminds me of a layer of sound MJ used for Heal The World!!

But I'm asking me, how they get these songs. The Estate should do something. Sure I want to hear new stuff from Michael, but not in this way. Don't listen the leaks then. We'll get new versions by Timbaland, John McClain and other producers on the new album. So all songs will sound "new" to everyone.

Not gonna lie i've listened to the leak and it's hard to hear exactly what Michael is singing.
Sounds like Michael was just testing the water with this track. Sweet and humble song, with a very soothing Michael (The Lost Children, Heal The World) vibe. If its on the new album it may have been changed to inlcude more instrumental parts etc….

The problem is not that it will sound new or old. It's not the problem for me, if the songs will leaked or not. I will buy the album in any way. But if the whole album leaked before it's released, I think the sales will be fallen. I want that everybody, not only the hardcore fans, will be banged when the new album is out. And I guess it's generally not good, when one song leaked after the other.

Slave to the rhythm - Blue Gangsta - A place with no name - Days in Gloucestershire - Chicago 1945 - People of the world seems to be on the new album.
I really hope that we get some killer tracks.
Shut up and dance should be one of those. But the vocals should be really incomplete. I think they can put 2 songs on the album where the vocals are not 100 percent complete, but not more. They should try to put the mostly completed songs on the album, because like we hear in Hollywood tonight and Days of Gloucestershire, these songs are not complete. The vocals are very raw. And the saddest thing about the not completed vocals are, that the aren't ad libs from Michael. That's the mostly thing that makes me very sad. Because I think the ad libs are maybe the best thing from Michael. It's very unfortunately that he record the ad libs at last. If they put Days on the album, they must be desperate as hell for material. It's a great song and I wouldn't mind its inclusion if a more complete version existed, but the version that leaked shouldn't be released. The vocals are mostly there but you can tell Michael is only giving half strength.

Michael's never sung about child abuse before though. He sang about child abandonment (The Lost Children), but never explicitly about sexual abuse. That leaves a terrible taste in the mouth, especially considering the Wade Robson case that's going on right now.

It is only half finished, MJ sings at half strenght, mumbling and it seems (to me anyway!) as a very early demo! - Waay to weak to release. Vocals are not nearly strong enough, some times you can't even hear what he sings...
If they somehow have a finished version - or MJ made another version - a finished version with clear, strong and good vocals - that's an all other story.
But this version is in a terrible state IMO. - Not even 50 % complete.
