They wont give crap about the dang song lyrics because every news outlet knows they are opening themselves up for lawsuits.. He was acquitted, legally if a news cast team, person, channel makes him appear to be guilty of the type of behavior he was found NOT guilty for than that opens too many windows for financial loss and ridicule..
My question is is there a new album on the way?
Did the Estate say there would be 7 or 10 albums coming out now until 2017? I could be wrong anyone feel free to correct me.
No more Estate & Sony after this 10 projects, right??It was 10 projects over 7 years not 10 albums . I think they have at least 7 already

The media has no problem falsely claiming, implying, suggesting MJ was a child molester despite of his acquittal. How many lawsuits have you seen for that? The media very well knows the tricks about how to word certain things and cover themselves against lawsuits but still implying ugly stuff about MJ. It's very hard to win lawsuits against the media. Sorry, but sometimes I feel some fans live in so much denial about the unfortunate impact of these false allegations on MJ's public image and how much damage they have done and - unfortunately - continue to do.
maybe we are forgetting the way it was post 93-2005 and between 2005-2009!! They did not just imply he could have but they portrayed that he DID... Those make a big difference, look at the polls, listen to the general public, the tide completely changed.. As many artists they build them up, and make them crash.. After death they turn to glorifying again.... That's exactly what they've done! There was no tv specials on his innocence, or big names defending him etc. Now there is!!
People have made there minds up on Michael and now it will be much harder to sway either way for people.. There has been several negative news mentioning's in the past couple years and what did it do to his legacy? you tell me because the last I checked the MJ Vegas show and the tour that came before it broke records even with some negative press!!! And I NEVER thought I would drive down to the strip in the United States and see billboards representing MJ!! That's something (pre passing) we have not seen in over a decade prior.
^ You are backing/supporting my statement! post 2005 he was heavily more excepted!! and after his passing even more. I'm thinking we are on the same page on this one, at least same chapter!

#3 - MICHAEL 2010
#4 - Immortal Soundtrack 2011

#6 - The Indispensable & Ultimate Fan Collections 2013
In my opinion 'The Experience' game was also one of the projects covered by the contract, even if it was developed by ubisoft, the game's focus is 100% on the music of michael & so was licensed by sony.
Furthermore the 2010 contract explicitly states video game releases as possible projects, so i can't imagine "The Experience" not being part of it.
Therefore:
#7 The Experience
My count is also at 7 projects already released.
Monster is about drug addiction. Where you'd hear that?!My apologies; in hindsight that wasn't the best comparison. It was the only sensible one that came to mind at the time however. But regardless, no business would do that. It's a prime reason why Monster (the 1998 Brad Buxer collaboration) won't be released anytime soon -- because Michael Jackson singing about drug addiction leaves a bad taste in the mouth. I find it hard to listen to Morphine for that reason alone.
what I was meaning is when the media ridiculous Michael, they are subjecting themselves into a dangerous territory because they COULD be sued. After MJ passed Michael Jacksons name went from a name to a person to a name of a business. (Not literally), when someone slanders another entity there are many lines that cannot be crossed. They wont sue every person that says something bad about Michael but they are far more subjected to be sued or publically called out for there actions.
^ the Michael Jackson Estate is not a person!
when they slander Michael it can effect the business, and if it puts the business in any kind of jeopardy the estate could either speak out, or if it worth while they could sue.

I think things has changed a bit for how people see Michael. But it could still be better. I had an argument the other day with a friend that Michael bleached his skin. I told her to google vitiligo and she did and saw what I was saying was true about his skin disease.
I think the more times passes people will appreciate Michael even more. There is so much good that he did that people don't even realize. Focusing on his work is a good way for people to see. Whatever comes I just want people to enjoy it. Everybody like Michael would want.
Not only that you know how many times Michael with his own omission stated things that made it worse for himself, sleeping in beds with kids etc.. So I don't see why we would freak out over a song that is about a run away child because her father sexually abused her.. If anything it is bringing awareness of an issue, yes controversial for who its coming from, but Michael has never shied from that line.

Michael Jackson has written a letter to his nephew about molestation and could be anyone even an "uncle"..... So this song is far less than that.
In amazed every day when I see comments online and hear people say that mj wanted to be white or that he turned himself white. It just shows how powerful the media's misinformation is. People were told for years that he bleached his skin and it has become 'fact' in so many people's minds. They chose to ignore his explanation. The coroner report confirmed he had vitiligo but still people believe he bleached himself. It's sad.
