I agree. There are several songs there with hit potential if done well.

They mean 1 million in the UK, which is huge, especially when the artist isn't alive to promote. Last year, Bruno Mars was the worldwide best selling album, it just passed 4 million, but last year a slump overall for sales that Adele (and to a slightly lesser extent Lady Gaga) had bolstered the past few years.
 
Apologies for jumping in with visuals again...the discussions are mixed and I don't know where else to write this:

The other visual from the 'Listening party' (posted by Ivy last night...missed it due to UK time difference..) looks very like a 'Mr Brainwash' (MBW)piece.(as per the 'The Best You've Never Heard'). I also wonder if this might be a potential cover for a single and / or an art print. There will be a new MBW exhibition opening in Germany in a month or so. If anyone is in the vicinity, it might be interesting to pop by and see what is there. (I wouldn't travel without knowing beforehand if this artwork might be on display.)

Opening of the new show „Mr. Brainwash – Life is beautiful“ on Friday, May 09th 2014, 7pm – 9pm, in Nuremberg.
The exhibition runs through May 30th 2014.

GALERIE FLUEGEL-RONCAK, with a strong focus on Contemporary Art and Pop Art will show the new edition of Street Art Star Mr. Brainwash – Life is beautiful for the very first time in Germany. Also we will show twenty other prints, all Mixed Media unique works by him. The show includes also a portrait of the famous music icon „Madonna“ which was used for the cover of her „Celebration“ Album.

Furthermore we will present the unique work „Kate Moss“ , who was celebrating her 40th Birthday on the 16th of January 2014. The little editions, which the artist publishes every year were out of stock within a few days.

Galerie Fluegel-Roncak is the official and exclusive cooperation partner of Mr. Brainwash in Germany.

I don't think 1 million in UK alone is realistic - BUT it sure would be great if it sold that much !!

That wasn't a song though, more like a poem or like a speech with some elements playing in the background.

I think it's a huge jump too, though it would be great. If they really pushed it, the album has serious potential to tap into the older market that still buys music, they're the ones that got Adele her super sales from the past three years. At this point 3 million WW by the end of 2014 would be more than respectable, with over 1 million of those from USA. If it were on the 1 million UK track, we'd be looking at 6-8 million WW by Grammy time 2015. I'd adore if they went with STTR or another uptempo first single that really caught fire at radio.

what wait.. Nite Line as the bonus track? I would not appreciate this at all. The album would really sell if they put a surprise unknown song as bonus track :3
Are there any serious news bout the bonus tracks??

not as of yet, the tracklist that included nite line was an april fools BS! the tracklisting Gaz posted is all we can go by as of now until the estate reveal the tracklisting of the full versions

Estate, as I have said many times before you, have some killer tunes now to promote the singles I hope your going to release you need the return of the short films . I hope you do a animated one possibly with disney or pixar's help.

How come the Estate hasn't announce officially the track list? I wanna know the bonus songs for the deluxe version! :timer:

While the set list seems very strong what are people's views that the number of previously leaked songs may show just how few complete songs the Estate have in their possesion. Of course these could just be the strongest songs they have. Not that I'm moaning because I think this is a great release and am really grateful to the estate for including the originals.

XSCAPE! Was why I chose my pseudo name I knew as soon as I heard it it will go down as a killer track. Now Sony and Estate let these tracks come alive promote them everywhere, make sure you have some astounding short films.
Good to see Xscape getting positive press just from listening party.
This is how Michael would of done it!

well.. it's not the estate's fault that these song's leaked in the first place.. especially with the whole fiasco of a place with no name etc. i think we should all delete the leaks and not hear any of the song's until the album's release.. who's with me?

They met for lunch (MJ invited them) in 2007. MJ was interested in working with them, and from 2007 to 2009, they sent him songs.

The estate has lots of unreleased material still but be honest! Would you want it all instead of letting and keeping Michael living on through his music.

i for one want them to continue for years to come .

my wish list is to eventually hear from the bottom of my heart, the Katrina song. The Xmas song . But I can wait.

Maybe worldwide. But in the United States, Timberlake holds the record for best selling album. Billboard put out official chart statistics at the end of the year and JT was on top. Go check if you need to.

I am not blaming the estate and I don't want it seen that I support leaks. If anything I think this shows just why the leaks should stop.

Maybe it was shown in a documentary somewhere, but I can promise you that there is no footage of Stargate and Michael in the studio, mainly because they never recorded anything together. Besides, Michael was never crazy about filming his studio sessions (which is why we have very little footage available).

The album was announced yesterday. Yesterday. Very few artists release the track listings until about a week or two afterwards.

We've got a Michael Jackson Album coming out in May!!!!
