Not necessarily the demos. They say: "XSCAPE will also be available in a Deluxe Edition, which includes all of the sourced Michael Jackson recordings in their original form."
Some may be demos, but I think most of them will be almost complete recordings, not demos.

I really do not care bout the price at all!!
I am gonna buy both versions. - I can't wait for the deluxe edition!! - New versions and the original demos.
Best release I could imagine.
A little thing though - MJ's lips look a little too feminime IMO. - But still great cover !!

In any case, I'm listening to the album from beginning to end in order. The snippet of Rodney's new mix of Escape (which was shown on GMA this morning) already grew on me and it may become my favorite mix.

In any case I would be furious if that was the album. Every single song on it has been heard by at least a few fans, save for Chicago. As I've said, there needs to be a number of new songs on here.

That is stupid thing to say. There will be 16 unreleased tracks. Maybe the mix on the second disc will be different than the one that leaked.
Also in my list there are 4 heard and 4 unheard songs. But even if there are 5 or 6 heard songs that's not their fault and that's not the good reason for not buying it in my opinion.

Can't be official because it has 9 tracks instead of 8 (10 if you count the bonus track). It's clearly a fan-made wishlist type deal. In fact, I'm pretty sure I've seen it before, earlier in this thread.

Finnaly something really great from the Estate! I'm so excited to hear the outcome of Timbalands, Rodneys and L.A. Reids work I truly belive this album will lift Michael back to the top, exactly where he should be!
The album cover is pretty damn nice! Much better than the previous one I like the space concept and can understand why did they choose to make it look like this. Was there a better "place" for MJ to Xscape from all this sh*t that happened to him here?
Definitely pre-ordering tomorrow! Can't wait till May 13!!!

naah of course estate is "smart" enough to put the demo tracks on the expensive deluxe edition :S they know the fans...
anyway, im happy with any tracklist as long as it includes original, only-michael-touched versions!
but STTR as a single would be amazing. i always wondered why this song has never been released. also for non-fans it´s a great track to play in discos etc.
