You don't know that because we don't know if Rodney is on board or not. I think Timbaland re-worked original recording from 1985.

No, I don't KNOW :) but imo it's likely they would try to get the newest versions from the archives (= less additional work necessary).
At least Fred Jerkins said the project "will include all those songs" when speaking about Darkchild tracks. Who knows what Rodney knows/is allowed to disclose.

GMA starts in a few mins but how long does the show last i doubt it will be as soon as it's on air it announces mj

I would LOVE that Rodney (or at least his songs) is involved! That would mean Chicago 1945 (2000 version), CGYWOOM, Escape!!!

It would be interesting to hear Escape for sure in CD quality! And the version we know is not even the latest version MJ worked on...

I think Good Morning America will premier a bit of the Slave To the Rhythm short film and they will announce then the album will release.

I hope they use studio footage for one of the short films also.
