Can they do that? We all know the second part of the 'tour' is yet to come in Jan/Feb/March

If you think about the kind of money they will generate from This Is It, it would be very very weird if they did not release a DVD.

I should think if they are recording over the July period it should be on the shelves before christmas this year, everyone in retail knows this is the biggest gifting period in the year and they would make a packet if they released it then, but then who knows?

I agree, its more likely that it will probably be released in time for Xmas because a DVD of a This Is It concert would definitely be one of the things that would be high on a lot of people's wish lists.
