Not really, he would have to get permission from James Ingram. Someone who samples Mike's actual recording would have to get permission from Mike and/or Sony.

80 mill. in 1987 too much? , but very valuable... now.

well it was seen to be to much comapired to what was paid for ATV and the beatles songs which were prob seen as the jewel in the crown. that was only bought for around 50 a few years earlier
