They promised us this song as an extra on Bluray/DVD!!!

We really dont get that song?

why did they tell us then that we will get to see it?

it sucks :(

I don't know :(
would LOVE to see this though

So they just lied to us?!?

why did they do that :( ?

I don't think they ever officially announced SIM would be included. If I recall it was an interview with a photographer, and she stated SIM would be included as an extra, thats the only time I really heard about it.

Yes, it's very disappointing. -_- :sigh:

"Paul Cashmere: You shot over 100 hours of footage of the This Is It rehearsals. The DVD will feature additional content and one of those songs is ‘Stranger In Moscow’ that isn’t in the film.

Sandrine Orabona: “Stranger in Moscow” is one of the songs that we shot during rehearsal that wasn’t included in the movie. I think since it’s a ballad, you can expect to see something that’s visually similar to the “Human Nature” section of the film. It’s also personally one of my favorite moments of the rehearsal process, so I’m very happy to hear that Sony has chosen to include it in the DVD bonus content for the film."

"After a final version of the movie was done in mid-September, Patterson and Key went on to edit and shoot additional content for the DVD, which is expected to ship in January or February with several hours of new footage, including performances of songs such as "Stranger in Moscow" that didn't make the theatrical release."

I'm guessing Sony thought - "Why release it on the movie DVD, when we can make even more money by releasing another DVD of unreleased footage later on?"

omg was the song rehearsed????
I'll sit down and cry right now!!!
WOULD BE the best show. ever. in. history.. oh god... oh god.. I gotta take a chillpill

if its so it would be very okay

i just want to see that footage, dont care if its in one month or 2 years

but i dont really think there will be any other Disc :(

I think, NO, I KNOW, that it will come somthing with this is it again, they know how much money they can get on it, so why wouldn't they? :dancin:

So true, I'm thinkin exactly the same thing!

is it first time? I think - 'cause there's so much footage left - it's only a matter of time, when they'll release another dvd - including SiM, Dangerous and other songs that were rehearsed and we didn't get the chance to see them.

keep in mind that there was so much footage.. I'm honestly expecting once sales die down for another version to serface.. watch there'll be a fan pack version or something.. just watch. It could be included.. If sony would think of having different features at different stores, you know they have marketing in mind

Thats smart if you ask me, and something I wouldnt really mind.

Just gives us more to look forward to in the future! It wouldnt be a smart business move to stuff everything onto the DVD or Blu ray.

I am heartbroken about this. :weeping:

I have a feeling that whenever a new MJ album is put out, there will also be some sort of release of never before seen footage from This Is It.

Aight, this'd really be too much but I think Sony could do somethin like that...

When do you think it will even be released? Like the new stuff... including stranger in moscow etc? This year for xmas? Or next year?

I think another This is it version (in 3D)will be released in 10 years including 'SIM'.

Who knows? LOL

lol i loved this one :clapping:
very optimistic :p
maybe later,after all,there are 21 years since bad tour:timer:

i think we'll be more likely to see a bad tour 2nd leg dvd than stranger in moscow, dirty diana, etc. from this is it!

I was so happy as they told us we get SIM performance (at least long part of it :/ )

i really could cry, it makes me sad that i dont see a long new performance on the extras

anyway i like the unfinished reh. part and dancing machine
but the dance parts could have been so much longer!!!
they have so much more we could see

i dont care much about so many interviews and other stuff... i want to see all interesting performance footages!

espeically dancing parts :(

Stranger in Moscow is an alright song im my opinion but I would have a heart attack if there was footage of Off The Wall,Rock With You and Bad

and I have always wanted to see a live version of Baby Be Mine I love that song so much

Really?

I think Stranger in Moscow is Michaels most underrated song. Personally.
