One of my fave bits:
"Heeey I've done my time and I have paid the price.
All you have to do is state my name out loud" The way he gets rid of the falsetto when he sings 'out loud'.

Most people seem to be saying they think his greatest voice is his 'pure' voice (for want of a better word). For me, I love the growly voice and the performance that most shows off the power, the growl and the energy is the acapella of 'the way you make me feel'


And the Billie Jean acapella shows so much more than the actual full production


The bit where he sings 'but the kiiid is not my son' The word kid goes from falsetto to 'pure' to 'growl' all in one movement, its absolutely masterful

This is in addition to the many other songs people have listed. I'm in a bit of a hurry but definately Say Say Say. His voice is incredible on that.

Anything before his teens, i've said it before and i'll say it a thousand time. At 9 years old michael was the best vocalist in the world.

Will you be there is easily his best adult performance.
 
His voice in "Who Is It" is super powerful, especially if you listen to it acappella.
Also the second half of "Earth Song".

One of my favorites is "Got to Be There", though. The day he died, my boyfriend and I were on a road trip close to Mexico, listening to all of the Mexican radio stations playing MJ marathons, and it didn't really hit me that he was really dead until they played "Got to Be There". I got chills, and we both got a little misty-eyed.

Also love "Come Together".
