Same, it's possible they've included some other track that isn't finished but I highly doubt that at this point for the reason you stated lol.

The worst are in the Eminem fan base. There was a “leaker” that convinced everybody that he’ll drop an album in January (this year). After he got everyone’s hopes up and it was no drop, he’s still claiming he knows stuff and that the album was pushed back almost one year later lmao.

Wasn't there a guy who did the same thing last year saying there was gonna be a new MJ album with TYLA ft The Weeknd as the lead single? There are lying attention whores everywhere.

Yeah the thing is that the info was taken by news sites. It was everywhere. Forums, Reddit. It sucks to have shits like these around.
 
Remember that guy on twitter who said his store had MJ stuff in the database for advertising or something? Pretty sure after that he just continued posting like nothing happened lol

Personally I prefer Hot Street. When listening to Nite Line I hear a demo, it's clearly unfinished. Whereas Hot Street is something that could have been on a Ghostbusters/Beverly Hills Cop/Footloose-like soundtrack right away. It has that punch of a hit song.

thats why i think Hot street will be kept for the obvious duet between MJ and Cascio on the 2024 album "Soldier Boy".

I think "Hot Street" may be my favorite Thriller outtake, right behind "Carousel".
