I'm only disappointed about SD and GTH, but it'd be good to have a good master of them, not gonna lie. What are the chances though?

As long as Hot Street is on disc 2 I will be happy happy happy with what’s on disc 2 with everything revealed so far it’s shaping up to be a fantastic package (still don’t want CGOTR but can’t have everything)

I must say im not at all excited about this upcoming release as we have heard all the tracks before….or maybe just 1 or 2 ….out of 10?…is new to the hardcore fans 😩
Or am I way to negative perhaps
The toy .behind the mask .what lovely way to go are new

I'd say best case scenario is 2 more leaked/limited limitedly released tracks, and 2 unreleased songs. I'd say something like

Niteline
Starlight
Chicago 1945
Rolling the dice
BETTER case scenario even:

Niteline
Hot Street
Chicago 1945
Rolling The Dice

Two are demos of songs we already have.
It still different songs specially the toy have 1982 version and 1990 and 2008 but we got another version 2010 mix from producer .and behind the mask .not Michael Mix so it's new for us

What is it, like 1 hour from now? Maybe 1 hour and 17 minutes?

CGOTR is not even a real song and not even belong to thriller...wouldnt make sense to put it on this release, it be a waste of space but I'm ready to be disappointed, come on estate hit me where it hurts I'm waiting

“Can’t Get Outta the Rain” was technically recorded during the Thriller era, specifically as a B-side. Here are some contemporaneous newspaper clippings where Quincy is asked about it. Obviously the base song is from 1977-1978, but it was “redone” in 1982.

I still think it’s a terrible excuse for a song and shouldn’t be included. But if disc 2 is marketed as including “Thriller era rarities,” and at least one admin on this very board had no idea it existed before this week, then its inclusion makes total sense.

Right. It was NEVER intended to be on the Thriller album.

Precisely. But it was recorded as a B-side, and the second disc of T40 has been advertised as featuring “Thriller-era bonus material including previously unreleased demos” since day one. So it’s not like it’s out of the ordinary.

It's a bit confusing for me. Was the entire song "you can't win" rerecorded of just the "can't get out of the game" part?
There are 2 versions of you can't win. One is on the Wizz soundtrack and is for me the superior version (funkier) and then there is the version on the ultimate collection. From what I understand the TUC version is the one recorded in 1982?

If you listen to you can't win from the ultimate collection, you hear it's one song actualy. In the WIZ the song was used together as one.

The TUC version is You Can't Win Part1&Part2 (aka 12" Mix)
