No, I'd actually always just thought it was gibberish or just for sound effects like the end of WBSS. . . . After listening to it though, it sounds unclear but like he could be saying something, not sure what though.



Ma Ma Se, Ma Ma Sa, Ma Ma Coo Sa (?) means Makossa, A African dance that was used by a certain tribe, or maybe more than one. Manu Dibango, an african singer, named his song after Makossa and altered the word into "Ma Ma Se, Ma Ma Sa, Ma Ma Coo Sa". Michael sampled the chant from Dibango's song, it has alot more meaning than just being gibberish.

Also if you put the ma, and se together, sema means something similar to "she said" in Swahili. Although that could just be coincidence.
