What celebs have you met?

Met...
Adam Clayton (U2). I've got an autograph and a hug from him on two separate occasions. This is my biggest claim to fame! :lol:
The Edge (U2). I managed to say one (1) entire sentence to him. :D
Bono (yeah, U2)... Kind of. I've stood at an arms length, does that count? :D
BP Fallon (an Irish media personality, DJ etc.)
Anton Corbijn (a Dutch photographer)
With these last two I was in a group of people and I didn't actually talk to either one. I do have a pic of Mr Corbijn where my silly face can be seen too. :p

Seen:
The last of the U2-ers, Larry Mullen. From a little distance at a hotel.
Naomi Campbell (on stage with U2)
Daniel Lanois (in concert & briefly offstage)
David Bowie (in concert)
U2 (in concert, multiple times)
Hothouse Flowers, Something Happens and a bunch of other bands at a festival.
Various bands who were opening for U2 but I've forgotten their names... :p (on stage)

Then there are the odd Finnish celebrities and politicians that I've come across, who I won't mention as no one's heard of them outside this country!

Wow you have met The Edge :bugeyed that man is just sheer hotness U2s modern day sex appeal IMO :D in the early Days Bono with long hair is also nice for the eyes haha.

Bill Cosby...what a treat. he was speaking at my brothers school and me and my family met him in the hall way...aahahhhhahh!
Michael Jordan, saw him in chicago on his motorcycle riding with some guys on some really nice bikes, me and my ex boyfriend were on his motorcycle and he said hi to michael and michael said hi back and he looked at me...starstruck!
i also have seen other members of the bulls team when a student back in middle school won a contest to meet them.
met comedian Gallagher...the smashing watermelon guy. ...weird.

I had the pleasure of meeting John Travolta and have to say this man is not only the most inspiring celebrity I've ever met but probably the most inspiring person I ever got the chance to talk to. He's such a sweet and beautiful guy. And very humble.
Reminds me of Michael.

Aww, I love Travolta. He's a good guy. My favorite movie of all times is Grease. Olivia has always been my idol too. Wish I could meet her.

Olivia Newton-John - Physical tour, 1982 (my first concert ever).

Chicago (the band) - Many, many, many times since 2000 (I'm a big fan and have met all of the current band members and some of the past ones).

Linda Ronstadt - Beacon Theatre a few years ago.

Barry manilow - In Las Vegas

Paul McCartney - Twice at Madison Square Garden

Earth, Wind & Fire - Sharing a double bill with Chicago, several times.

Danny Ganz - Las Vegas (RIP).

Diana Ross - Free Concert in Central Park, 1982. Well, I almost saw her. I heard her, lol. We actually camped out overnight in the park. Just before the show was to begin, I left the Great Lawn to use a porta potty (when you gotta go...) and couldn't get back in because of the crowds. And then it started to thunderstorm so I went home. My sister remained and saw Diana perform until she stopped the show because of the dangerous lightning. We returned to the park the next day (or 2 days later, I forget) and listened to the concert from a tree far from the stage. My wild and crazy youth.

Aww you saw Livvy too? When I was a teenager, I wanted to BE Olivia Newton-John...and sing like her...and look like her. Not even close, lol.

Weird thing my dad dated this woman I think I would have been 8ish not sure & her house was Olivia's old house. I know random! It was pulled down I think 5 maybe more years ago :( & stupid looking townhouses built on the block.

My mum would be sooo jealous. She did a big project on him as a part of a leadership course for her diploma.

I haven't met anyone famous, that I remember. I did meet an Australian author names Isobell Carmody at a writers festival and I saw Michael Klim, the former olympic swimmer, at my local footy ground was I was about 8 but I was too shy to say anything.
