what are michaels best vocal songs at 12 & under?

Also, The live version of "Who's Lovin' You" from the Jacksons movie soundtrack.
"Maria" shows some of his good vocals too:

According to the Soulsation Jackson 5 compilation album notes, Michael recorded two songs on the first J5 album prior to August 1968. This would have made him 9 years old at the time :baby: and they are two of my all time MJ favorite vocals because the maturity in his voice and the manner in which he sings them still blows me away! Those songs are "Can You Remember?" and "You've Changed".

By the way, you can tell your friend that at the age of 12, Michael was a highly paid professional with millions of fans around the world while Brittney was still an amature! :cheeky::yes:

That's pretty amazing. 9 years old, geez. What nine year old can sing that good? Only Michael, for real.
Stevie Wonder's album The Twelve Year Old Genius is on par with Michael's vocals around the same age. undoubtedly virtuosos in their own rights, so i'm not comparing.

mind blowing stuff.

Stevie and Mike went right beyond the prodigy voice and created some extraordinary stuff in Pop.

Stevie Wonder definitely had some amazing vocals as a child. His range was incredible, very close to if not on par with Michael's. If you listen to "Tribute To Uncle Ray", his vocals are incredible.

I don't know off the top of my head which songs MJ did under 12, but his vocals for Big Boy are amazing.

I believe Stevie was 12 years old when that album came out. I think that was his first album, but it didn't do much. It wasn't until the live version of "Fingertips" was released that he caught on.

I forgot how great Frankie was. It's a shame his success didn't last, he was really talented.

Mike was only 8 when he sang Big Boy. I was just listening to that the other night. The quality of the recording was not very good but you can still hear Mike shine in his singing ability.

Was he really only 8? Dang. I mean, most kids can't even talk right when they're 8, lol. But Michael had all this control and emotive ability. It's crazy!
