Have you covered ALL the stolen footage in LN in you Fact thread to Taj?
I will copy you some of my posts in this and the next post from the last weeks where I try to cover this.


Part 1:

Reed had definitly (again!) used (/stolen?) much Original footage for LN from this Japanish documentary.

Reed has also mixed the footage from 1987 (when James was nowhere near Michael) and 1988 like this documentery also did this cause the documentary covered Michels time in Japan from both Bad tour Legs.

I guess that Reed again didn't ask the footage owners for any permisson or payed them.

Japan was/is always a country with a special adoration for Michel.
When the original footage owners find out that Reed had used their footage in a documentary against Michal they maybe get very angry!

Dan Reed is a unprofessional greedy filmaker who used foreign video footage in the childporngraphic movie "Leaving Neverland" without asking the footageowner for permissions or paid for it.
It is a movie from which he makes huge money out of it on his own after it is sold to over 130 countries.

The footage from a Neverland visit in 2017 of this man was used in Leaving Neverland:

PS the footage of Neverland was NOT 'OK'd' by the distributer of the footage, was unaware that it was even going to be in a film..

The Neverland footage was not approved by the publisher of the footage, I spoke to him and he said a few things. He has a 'nasty' lawyer that he could talk to regarding the use of the footage and may look into seeing what he can do.

He was there in an exclusive visit by the agent with the company he works for. That agent has ties to those who are selling the property. They went there to tour it, have lunch, have a Q&A on the property and luxury real estate etc. His footage was used by someone in the past trying to pretend they broke into Neverland and it was up on youtube. He complaint to youtube and expressed he hopes it was taken down. Dan Reed was not there!

The fact that Dan Reed gives the imagination in the credits of "Leaving Neverland", that he filmed everything with his filmcrew on his own what he used ouside the privat footage of Wade and James, makes him uncredible Liar in this case.

Part 2:

I found two video collections today with fotos of James and Michael.
You will find there most of the pictures which were used by Dan Reed in Leaving Neverland.
So the most fotos which were used there to Support James shocking story are not private (never before seen) fotos from, or shoot from the Safechucks.
They are publically relesed fotos shoot from other people.

Seames that Dan Reed used the photos from this video collections uploded on a MJ Fanchannel for Leaving Neverland and again don't had the rights for using this pictures.

It was maybe a little bit toooo easy for Reed to find footage for LN without doing much work, like the example from the MJFan and MJFoto collector above showes who had handed him the footage on a silver patter with this two videos!?

As long as it's for sharing online, I think there should be links included to documents (emails etc) that are available online.
Backing things up this way, makes it a stronger point.

And have someone proof read it. I'm not native english but found quite a few minor mistakes.
