I think there are always reasons for people to be the way they are. However those reasons dont excuse what people do, they are just that : explanations. I hold Latoya accountable for each and every word she said, and I dont believe for one second Gordon made her say anything. It's pretty obvious she enjoyed the attention she was getting and I wonder if she realized how hurtful it would be to her brother when he saw it. She is extremely self centered.

With all the drug addiction talk, the child abuse allegations have thankfully taken a back seat lately. Before 25th june, the uk had a horrendous documentary by jacques perretti in 07/08 (uk doesn't get all the tabloid entertainment shows us gets so this doc stood out) on mj and latoya was used by name only, thankfully no video, as backing up the abuse charge and given credence because she was his sister. It was a horribly biased documentary, i think things are a little improved after 25 june.
 
Whilst I know about the police report (of which there is no excuse), I still take it all with a pinch of salt simply because of all the lies LaToya has said over the years, she changes her story to suit and blames others for everything. Her mother is wicked, hints that Joe sexually abused her, accuses her family of threatening behaviour and kidnapping attempts, Michael loving her playboy pics and let's not forget she is still a virgin.

But nothing was worse than what she accused Michael of, the most heinous of crimes, to watch your brother give that statement from Neverland and then to continue with interviews, and I'm sorry but to lap up the attention as well just makes it so much worse.

She may be mentally unstable or something but she is IMO dangerous, I wouldn't put anything past her.
 
What i found odd in this latest round of interviews for her new book, was she of course retracted her accusations against mj, but didn't retract her claim that joe molested her. I saw a matt lauer (sp?) interview and she was really coy when he asked her to deny it and she refused. Haven't a clue what's going on there as she seems really tight with joe these days.
 
No she didn't retract it but didn't include it in her first book. Who knows how her mind works, perhaps she is thinking of book no.3
 
Quick question....with all of Latoyas claims through the years, could Sneddon have subpoenaed her in the 2005 trial or did by that time she changed her heart/mind? I can't remember when she divorced the Gordon guy, since she Blames him for making her do that.

Idk what could have happened to Latoya but there is definitely something mental there.

@lasttear....what's that about her being a virgin?

LaToya was just an envious little witch! No amount of abuse would EVER make me turn on my own brother, my own flesh and blood like that! Look up the word hypocrite in the dictionary and you should she LaToya's name beside it. The woman could've helped to send he own brother to damn prison! she sure did help shape the perception some in the public had of Michael after her tirades and he was never able to shake that! If Michael did forgive her then he's a much bigger person than I, because I would never have spoken another word to LaToya ever again! :evil:

Idk but I just checked and I think it was about her appearance on Celebrity Apprentice.

Don't forgot her saying Michael was not sexually attracted to women which is preposterous because MJ LOVED women so much. It was very evident. Diana Ross anyone?

Wicked was my generalisation, she didn't use that word but the way she painted KJ in he 1st book was not flattering i.e she throws stones then hides her hands - meaning she causes trouble then blames others (that is just one example)

She is right about Kathrine not being all that innocent, Margaret said the same thing, and from what has been happening in these past years since June 25, it's become painfully obvious that Katherine is not just an innocent, old, senile bystander, but someone who does pull the strings to some extent.

I think you are right that rings a bell. I brought her book when it can out because I wanted to know what she said (of course we didn't have the internet then), i read it once, put it away, found it a few years ago and put it straight in the bin.

You know what gets me about that last video on the first page..

She says she can't say what details of what she saw because she'll get killed. (keeping in mind that she did not see molestation and admits it) Even if what she said was true (which is not) WHY would Michael be ok with her stating that he'll have people KILL her, but not ok with stating things that looked improper..

If Michael really threatened her she would have been dead for saying he'll kill her..

Jack Gordon didn't make her say anything, as Flo Anthony, who is another attention whore, who talks too much, let the cat out the bag, that during LaToyas marriage to Gordon, during the time that Latoya was and has been claiming she couldnt and didn't speak with anyone, Flo stated on HLN, a month back, that she and Latoya would hang out ALL the time and go shopping, hang around the house, when Jack Gordon was and wasn't around, and also that Latoya would call her on the phone and they would talk for hours all the time about what they had READ in magazines...you know, the ones she claimed she wasn't "allowed" to read or watch tv, but she watched her interviews and pieces about her and talked to Flo Anthony about them. If this is a LIE, her good friend Flo told it, and they STILL hang tough, so that should tell ya something... So, how does this compute with her lies? It doesn't. She is a bold-faced liar. She was and IS jealous of MJ's attention and talent, and she WANTED what he had-In essence, she wanted to BE MJ, but didn't have the talent or brains to achieve and receive the adoration and adulation MJ earned.
