R.Kelly, hank williams jr, Sam Cooke, jackie wilson, diana ross, lionel richie, rick james should be on that list imo.

That's a great top 5. But we all know that The Beatles will be before Michael. Can't have that now can we? I feel Stevie Wonder should be higher as well.

Michael was at #40 in 1998? That totally bewilders me. Who else would have come before him? Surely, nothing gets better than Michael Jackson. Maybe I say this as a fan but I believe it's true. He should have at least been in the top 10, at least. But 40? It's good to see him get the recognition he deserves now. Wish he were here to see it though.

Timberlake, Beyonce, and the like shouldn't be on that list. Why is Paul McCartney on there separately from the Beatles? That's not really fair.
