[Updated] Full Initial List of Possible Witnesses for Katherine Jackson and AEG Live

Unless we get transcripts from court how are WE going to know what questions are being asked of lets say...Prince..LMP....Tohme.?. There is no media coverage allowed.
 
there is media coverage allowed just no cameras but yeah unless some fans go in the court room we will only get to hear what the media want us to. so not much!!
 
Oh please way back Wass said she advised her client to take the 5th, so I guess TMZ got the news late. We all know he is trying for an appeal, so nothing new there. He could take the 5th on questions about his medical treatment of Michael, but he could still say some damaging things about AEG if he chooses, so taking the 5th does not mean he cannot answer all questions as we discussed in the other thread.

Xthunder and Elusive don't worry, I am buying the transcripts for the trial, so we will have the exact testimony unsullied by media at our disposal. I will buy them each day so we could have them the next day for discussion. Hopefully the trial is short. If it drags, only testimony of key witnesses will be bought.. Ivy said transcripts may be up to $250, so based on that I am hoping the trial lasts about 3 weeks.

Regardless of which side he ends up helping or testifying for, he's going to face major credibility issues. he's been on record making false statements to the police during the investigation leading up to the criminal trial. plus, he also been proven lying to everyone including MJ about his doings and handling of things.

Yeah we all know that, since we have followed the case since 09 & the trial, but it seems the family forgot that, so let them depend on Muarry if they choose. It just means more things for me to laugh about.

Elusive it is a pity you will not be helping with the reporting this time as you did during the Muarry trial. You did a fantastic job. Hopefully this thing will get dismissed or be cut even further.

Sounds a little weird, but Conrad Murray -- who has already been convicted and serving time for killing Michael Jackson -- will exercise his 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination in Katherine Jackson's lawsuit against AEG.

Michael's mom is suing AEG, claiming the company negligently hired and supervised Murray, which resulted in her son's death. Katherine has subpoenaed Murray to explain his arrangement with AEG.

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... Murray's lawyer, Valerie Wass, will file legal docs ... arguing she is appealing Murray's conviction, and if it's overturned it's likely he'd be re-tried. If that happens, what he says could still be used against him, so Wass wants Murray to keep his trap shut.

It's pretty crazy, since Murray has already served almost a year-and-a-half. By the time his case is appealed, he'll probably be out.

Since negligent hiring is the issue here, why would they want Conrad to testify? The problem is not if AEG knew how Conrad was medicating Michael but the hiring itself, right? Meaning according to the judge, that AEG should have known that because of Conrad's financial problems & Michael's need for meds Conrad would resort to any tactics to get money, or am I missing something?

^^Yeah he could say he has some documents which show AEG hired him, or he could relate a direct conversation with some AEG bigwig where the person claimed something or the other. This is going to be a she said & he said case, if they rely on Muarry.

It has nothing to do with luck. It's all about the journey to the truth. If my experiences can bring any light to the shadowy areas, it's about making a contribution to a very confusing search. ^^ so funny, and true too. They may have to put a bell on Karen so they can find her if she has to testify. All she can say is that she saw Michael out of it when he came from Klien & things like that, but she knows nothing about AEG hiring Muarry & what they told him to do.
 
I'm pretty sure she'll be there to testify. She's smart, she knew that her "experiences" and stuff she said was going to help Murray and that made her go missing during Murray trial. I expect her to be a more than willing participant this time.
 
^^Karen has to be cross-examined, so it will be interesting to see how she holds up. I wonder how she will feel testifying against people who she may be working with in the future? It is one thing to rant on the internet, but being on the witness stand is a different thing.
 
So i heard prince ( the singer) is on the witness list......why on earth is he a witness...HE AND MJ WERENT CLOSE FRIENDS!

And also lisa marie is on it too.....ummm i dont see what good use she will be for this trial cuz she said he last spoke to him was in 2005 so what would she know what went down in 2009?

I wanna know if lisa will indeed go along to be a witness in this trial cuz i bet she will do anything to get out of this
 
Is it be possible that Prince and LMP are to testify about Michael's plans for the future, about his ambitions, in order to justify that crazily insane sum of 40B$?
 
^^^^ I would think LMP would testify that Michael was a long time addict.
 
Aren't LMP and Katherine still friends?
I was thinking as she went with MJ on tour, perhaps she is called to testify whether she saw MJ under propofol?
 
^^^ Yes I believe they are still friends. And yes she dd go on tour with him although I would be surprised if she knew about propofol though, if she did then so dd KJ & Janet.

As I mentioned previously- I believe Prince would have been called to testify about his dealing with AEG in regards to the venue at 02 with his 21 record breaking concerts . This was the SAME thing Michael was also going to be doing, only with 50 concerts breaking Prince's record. That is what Prince has in common with all this and he could testify to his experience with AEG in that regard. But of course being all claims but one are dropped, this testimony is no longer needed .. because it irrelevant to the remaining claim.
 
I wonder why they have Quincy as possible witness, and what can he say?

Both sides have listed Branca as possible witness. I suppose AEG wants him there to tell how much he/they have earned for MJ's estate since MJ's death, and possibly other money management issues. He can shoot down the insane amount of money that they thought Michael would have earned and what he wanted to do after 02. I expect Branca to be enemy no 1 for Katherine's side, and I fully expect Randy to start tweeting about how Branca is working for Sony/AEG/ and other possible entities that we don't know of:)

Hopefully AEG asks from Branca about how Jermaine and Randy asked the estate to pay their child support.

Jones and Lisa are called to say MJ was a junkie and could not be saved from himself. Both of them could be "useful" to both sides, after all degrading Mike is the strategy adopted by both sides.
