They just said they are about to show a exclusive preview of the new Michael Jackson film.

what clip was it? they are going to show someting on itv news now

just caught the end of it on itv news,so missed the chance of recording it,has it been shown on sky news yet,
sorry for the double post.

Still haven't showed it on Sky News, I watched from 12.00 - 1.00 PM and nothing, at the start of the show they said they were going to show an exclusive clip from the new Michael Jackson film. :(

hi, i dont know about sky news, im guessing its already been on.. but they repeat stuff throughout the day so it might be on again.

itv news - it was quite short.. they showed clips of human nature and the way you make me feel.. and they showed a clip of kenny in an interview with an itv reporter she said something about people saying he souldnt have been doing the shows.. he got quite angry.

the clips were things we've already seen on here from the usa but they said on tv 'footage released today' 'exclusive' etc.

There's a break on now...

I'm guessing that it's just stuff we've already seen though?

I saw that too and thought Kenny came across as a tad defensive, hence the irritation/anger.

yeh i just caught the end of that one,yes he did get quite angry at that didn,t he.

Kenny said something like 'why shouldn't he (MJ) be doing what feeds his soul???'

Of course Kenny didn't really want an answer, but I'd have thought the answer is obvious. Especially knowing how much effort Michael always gave to his performances.

Kenny's attitude has upset me to be honest....

mmmm.

i cant remember exactly what he said but he seemed taken aback and a bit angry.. it was somethin like

'what??' ..the woman started asking again and he said something like 'i really don't understand why anyone would say that? why shouldn't he?? why should he be doing what he loves, what feeds he soul???'

wonder if we can see that interview in full on the website..

Why has it upset you?

I thought he handled that question quite well, because a lot of people are saying he shouldn't have been doing the shows.. but fact is like Kenny said its something that Michael loves to do! The only reason he didn't get to do the shows was because he was killed :(
the media are still trying to push the Michael wasn't fit or well enough.. thats why he got a bit defensive because he has worked with Michael on this for months so wants to set the record straight :)

Not just the media, but fans too are saying that Michael's health was suffering. I don't the know the truth of the situation any more than any one else - maybe Micheal was 100% fit, maybe he wasn't. Kenny's response upset me because I thought a bit more humble pie might have been appropriate, considering that Michael paid for the whole project with his life (directly or indirectly).

Yeh I was thinking 'go kenny!' but I also agree with this:

I think TII was great for MJ to be doing what he loved, what he was known for, being back on the stage, part of a project with a team of dancers and crew around him, feeling that love.

TII also put him under a lot of stress though..MJ said so himself. People do blame the stress and pressure of TII as leading to the use of propofol and therefore ultimately his death. Ultimately the doctor is responsible but he shouldn't have been having the propofol, a hospital operating room anaesthetic in the first place..and why was he? TII?

This Is It was great for him in a lot of ways.. but if it never happened would we still have Michael alive?...the answer is almost certainly yes.. but if things were handled differently we'd also still have him..so..

(the debate could go on forever..and has done in plenty of threads.. its not really the intented topic of this thread though so, sorry.)

Nothing is happening on Sky..they keep going on about the BNP and army people (one called Sir Michael Jackson) being mad at them.

didn,t see anything on sky news,i,ve gotta go out soon will someone record it please and upload it here at mjjc, thanks,

Yeah i agree it could go on forever... just have to accept it happened the way it did :( Just dont like the Media protraying Michael as some sort of frail addict! lol So i say gooo Kenny :D

I am just glad to see the movie getting a bit of coverage in the UK finally!

Yep I agree

Sky news have just mentioned it again.. so i think its coming soon

wonder if it'll just be a couple of seconds after all this build up! and it'll probably stuff we've seen on here anyway

not yet i don't think, unless it was short and i missed it..?

I wish these concerts never happened! Michael would still be here :(

Sweetheart, I feel the same, I think we all do. All I can think is at least he knew he was still loved and valued very very much by lots and lots of people who wanted to see him perform. He entered this world knowing he was loved, and left knowing the same. Of course that doesn't compensate for his death, but its something we can think of to try and help us cope with it.

I've got Sky News on in the background and I'm not hearing anything..has it been on yet does anyone know? I really don't think I missed it..

i had to go out and i put my dvd recorder on before i went out,i have jst been searching through the dvd nothing has been on yet i don,t think i still have the news channel on now,

Considering the TII concerts were being held in UK, is it me, or are we the UK don't really care much about Michael Jackson.

No promotional material yet for TII movie, haven't seen not one TV spot or poster. The media are saying exclusive footage was released today, yet the Human Nature clip has been around for weeks! The only tribute that I saw back in June was something on Channel 4 and an hour docu on BBC1. Other countries have had concerts broadcasts, films the lot. Considering we have a huge fan base here in UK, it doesn't make sense?
