I've been umming and ahhing for days over whether I'd go for a vip package if they came up. Think I've decided to go just for normal tickets.
My theory is, I could empty all my savings to get VIP tickets, which could be one of the most incredible experiences EVER. BUT, I'm concerned, I could spend a grand and if it doesn't live up to expectations I'll be devastated that I spent soo much. If say he mimes most the time, I'd be gutted of course, but I'll get over it if I just spent 75!

the o2 presale is 2000 tickets for each of shows 1 2 and 3 and 250 tickets for the other 7, it says on the o2 website

Ok guys, try to stay calm. If everybody stayed calm and read through this thread, there would be no need for another one (which would just turn into another runaway thread). So relax, take a deep breath, go make a cup of tea and try to find answers to your questions without panicking :)

Sooooo... the Thriller Hospitality Package... hmm, let's see:

Champagne on arrival - it's a concert, not a reception. I'm fine, thanks.
Pre-show party in private facility - not in a million years unless Michael makes an appearance.
DJ and entertainment - um yeah, we're there to see Michael Jackson. We're good.
Red carpet VIP check-in and fast track entry - it's a seated concert. It's all fast track.
Goody bag - of what? A tour book and a Vitamin Water? If I can't live without it, I'll eBay it in August.
Souvenir tour laminate - seriously?
After-show party - again with the pointless socialising... I can arrange my own party thankyouverymuch.
Parking/Thames Clipper ticket - no one has cars in London and what the hell is a clipper ticket?

I say knock off £100 and I'll be happy to pay the remaining extra cost for the A block seat and just that, please.

havent received any codes yet but what if 2 come at once then can i buy 4 tickets for one show and then use the other code for 2 tickets each for the first 2 nights ?

On the same Credit card r should i use someone else card ?

I think I'll scrap my Thriller package plans. I'll only buy it if I get VERY lucky to get a seat in the first 2-3 rows. Otherwise... nope!

Exactly, I agree the thames clipper I've heard is rubbish and for a big fan the rest of the package wouldn't interest them, we are there to see Michael not to get stuff

and only pay £250 for the best seats in the arena!!)
