this 1979 classic should be familiar, Poke & Tone (Track Masters) sampled its beautiful horns break for MJ's Butterflies remix, and Teddy Riley used it before that for BLACKstreet's Tonight's The Night.

there's been many samples of this break, one of my favourites is from a Dilla disciple called Waajeed who made a tribute EP where he flips some Marvin joints Detroit-style. i like this sort of creative sampling, and he also uses some of Marvin's vocal runs.

also for City Blues he messes around with Stevie's What The Fuss bassline on the Moog then goes into the Inner City Blues one.
